We have visited several brew pubs in several different states and sometimes they have great beer but lack in great food. I like their beer and was glad to see that they have great food also. Their wings, either flavor but we really liked the raspberry flavor, were amazing. I had the chicken tacos and they were really good. I... More

We stopped here on the way from Denver to Beaver Creek after meeting up with extended family on the road. It was a perfect stop for dinner and beers to start our vacation. I had the chicken and waffles sandwich which was awesome! The beer sample flights are a great choice so you don't have to narrow it down to... More

I am a big fan of Tommy Knocker beers so it was a stop we had to make. Great little town to visit with great shops. The beer at Tommy Knocker is always good and the burgers were amazing. Make the stop in Idaho Springs for a beer and burger, you won't be sorry.

We went there after a day in Winter park skiing... Natasha was our server and she was great. We were all brain dead ( tired and cold ) and she was helpful and all over our table!! Food was good and hot --large portions.. I had the new pork tacos and they were awesome. You must try the homemade Root... More

Great atmosphere at this fun restaurant. Excellent service. Onion rings were delicious. Idaho Springs was a great town to walk around - lots of good stores.

Tommyknocker is a virtual landmark in Idaho Springs. There menu has a wide variety to meet the varied tastes of large groups and the room to accommodate them. They brew their own beers (popular enough to be carried in nearby cities) and sodas. It's a great space to watch the game and enjoy the many murals. The staff is friendly... More

Service was wonderful, warm and friendly. The Manager himself even came by to see how things were. Got to talking to him about the on-site microbrewery. Big surprise, right after we ate a scrumptious and thick, delicious bison burger with all the trimmings, the manager offered us a tour, with the Head Brewmaster, of the brewery, right to the bottling... Visited here with a family group of 8. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. The waiter thought the food was taking a bit long and came over and apologized. The food was worth the wait. My wife enjoyed her soup but her chicken sandwich had a bit too much garlic in it. She was still happy. The fries were... More

We don't go to Tommyknocker every time we pass through Idaho Springs because it is a bit pricey for a family of 5. But...when we do get to go, it is a real treat! It isn't fair to go and skimp. We drink water almost all the time but when we stop, we enjoy trying out the home made soda... More
