A bit expensive for a beef burger and a small side of fries, $13.00. I ordered the Green Mountain Burger. 1/2 pound Beef burger smothered in green chile and topped with cheese. It was really very good, all 3 of us loved the char flavor of the burger, it shone through. My other two friends ordered a Plain burger, the... More

I love a good burger. This particular burger was not one to write home about. Definitely better than fast food burgers, it still needed a bit more personality to give it a better rating. I was looking forward to having fresh sweet potato fries but ended up with sweet potato tots (frozen). Not impressed.

I wondered why the wings were so expensive and thought I could knock off 12 until they came out and are the biggest I've ever seen. Good food and beer but my waiter was arrogant and not helpful at all.

Good portion sizes, large variety of beer and soft drinks made in house. The town is very historic and close to Denver. Nice place to take a stroll.

Tommy Knocker is a unique mountain town microbrewery in an old mining town with a unique decor and expansive menu, including specialty buffalo hamburgers, burritos, chili, and large, unique salads. Portions are large and everything I've tasted is delicious. It is a favorite place of my family. Idaho Springs is a quaint town which has kept its old-time architecture and... More

Fall can't be far away with the seasonal brew on tap already, and it's great with the rim lined with pumpkin pie spices...perfect touch. Had the soup bread bowl with tomato-artichoke and it was both hearty and amazing! Great place to stop after being on top of nearby Mount Evans. Nice atmosphere too!

It might not be fair of me to rate and review this restaurant because I prefer lighter, fresher fare than is offered at breweries. I had a cheese soup and salad. The soup was actually quite good; sort of like a French Onion soup, but in a cheesy way. The salad was sadly average. My husband did better with a... More

We stopped here for lunch with a large group and a wide age range. Most of us ordered something different and we were all pleased with our meals. My husband and I shared the jalapeño popper burger which was amazing! He also enjoyed the beer selection and even bought some to bring home. Would definitely come back.

Great place to grab a bite before heading back to Denver from the mountains. Lots to chose from on the menu.

Great place to stop in when I 70 inevitably turns into a parking lot. Server was awesome and attentive while you'll have a wide selection of beer styles to choose from.
