I LOVE Me Some of that Colorado-style Pizza!!!

Every time I go, I tell myself I'm going to try something else from their menu (there is a lot to choose from), but I always end up getting their Mountain pizza - every time! I can't resist! If I don't save the thick, fresh crust edges to put honey on after dinner, I don't feel like I ate at... read more

Beau Jo's Pizza is a well known colorado eatery, for good reason the pizza is delious. We drove up to the Idaho Springs location for my niece's post graduation party, 7 diners in all. This was not a problem for the staff. One of our party decided to make a special order, he wanted the inferno wrap served as an... More

We are from out of town and wondered what a Colorado style pizza tasted like, so glad we stopped in!I don't think I'll ever be able to eat pizza without honey ever again!

Just off the I70 this place is easy to find in a small town. I ordered the Mountain ranch pizza to take out and it came quickly and tasted excellent- dont forget to dip those crusts in the honey they give you too!!

We have driven by Beau Jo's many times on I-70 and decided to stop this time and have a pizza at the original Beau Jo's. We were not disappointed. Fun place, for a couple or a family. Great wait staff and great pizza.

OK, this is a (small) chain pizzeria, but the service is good and the pizza delicious. And you can douse the crust of your mountain pizza with honey just to give sweeten the ending of your meal. Order the standard items on the menu or be willing to pay a lot extra.

Love their pizza! I like being able to pick out the crust type, cheese type, sauce, toppings. You can really make a custom pizza that is delicious! Love to put honey on the remaining crust - its a must! Very nice, fresh, all you can eat salad bar with lots of choices.

Situated in a cool old mine town building, this restaurant had a simple old fashioned flare to it. The pizza had a mountainous thick crust and had a delicious sauce and cheese topping. The side of honey used to finish off the crust was unique and appreciated since much of the pie is crust. All in all a good pizza... More

Colorado native and have always enjoyed there pizza with this being the best location. Typically we try to come on our motorcycle trips when we head through the area. It has been a couple years but boy things have changed. Needless to say now your mountain pizza included only cheese and than its $5 per topping. Yes that's correct $5... More

Beau Jo's You have been a good and bad influence on me. You have introduced me to the best pizza I have ever had. On the other hand I now shed a tear every time I eat other pizzas's because they will never compare. I love this place with a pasison and will return every time i'm in CO.
