Good breakfast food, large portions, good value

Basic American breakfast food, but prepared well. Large portions, you won't leave there hungry. On the day we went they were short-staffed, but the manager made up for it by hustling her butt off while still managing to be friendly and courteous (we were very impressed). Met friends here for brunch and was pleasantly surprised at the food and service. While the place looks dated inside and out, the food was very good. I had the Huevos Rancheros, served with whole black beans rather than refried ones. The portions were huge with pancakes being a specialty, served with plenty of blueberries. The bacon was also something... More

We love th breakfasts, great big portions and good homecooked food. Even a gluten free belgian waffle that you wouldn't get at large chains. Great servers and homey atmosphere. Good burgers for lunch. Usually my first choice for breakfast in town. They have been open for many years for a good reason.

Found this place on Yelp and had to try it. The parking lot was full and that is always a good sign. It is not a fancy place but service was great, and accommodating, and the breakfasts are tasty. We had breakfast at noon and were quite happy.

We went to this cafe on our way to Grand Junction. It is a nice local cafe and it seemed like a lot of the customers were from that neighborhood or frequent customers. The decoration is not fancy at all but it gives you the same feeling of the cozy dining room of your grandparents' house. The food was amazing.... More

Good food, reasonably priced. You get a lot of food for the dollar, I would definately stop in again if I was in the area.

We went to breakfast at Marion's from a local suggestion. Got there early so we could get on the road to Mt Evans as soon as possible. The service was friendly, but not genuine. You could tell the locals got preferred treatment. Prices were decent, and selection ok, but not too much for combos. Lots of a-la-cart choices to add... More

We had breakfast here while in town. They open early at 6 am. That is great if you need to get going. The wait staff was very good and friendly. The place was clean. The food was average breakfast fare. Would eat here again.

Went for breakfast. Was Father's day so wait was pretty long. Service was decent. Food was good, although one person never got their side of pancakes so took them to go. Overall, a decent place to go.
