ONLY COLD SANDWICHES!! OMG!!!

We went to Jinny John's to get a decent lunch sandwich, we ordered a ham and stuff sandwich, it was cold the bread was hard like if it was stored a week, don't go!

They couldn't seem to understand that my 7 year old wanted a simple ham, cheese and lettuce sub. 4x the guy at the register struggled. It then came with turkey and mayo. When I told tem, the lead sandwich maker told me "maybe you need to learn how to order our way, by number". He is lucky I didn't climb... More

Jimmy John's has the freshest ingredients of all sub shops I have visited. The bread is soft and fresh, the veggies are crisp and colorful and the meats and cheeses are always the best! My favorite is the #13 Gourmet Veggie Sub! Give them a try! You won't be sorry!

I love JJ's subs. We eat there a lot b/c they are across the street from our neighborhood. Quick and accurate. We've never gone home with an inaccurate order.

I like their sandwiched but just try to ask for No Mayo..... They don't know what to do......suddenly they are asking irrelevant questions about tomatoes and cheese. I have to tell the sandwich maker direct 'hey, no mayo'

As we always do in "restaurants" we asked about MSG in their meats when ordering . The clerk didn't know how to respond and referred us to the "manager" who wouldn't talk to us about MSG. He told us we had to go to their web site for that sort of information: for legal reasons he can't talk to customers... More

Trying to catch a plane, I decided to go to Jimmy John's and before I actually signed the receipt, the sandwhich was ready! As usual, it was delicious and this time I got the pickle and it was well worth it. What more can you say about this place. I have never been a fan of cold subs, but Jimmy... More

Growing up on the east coast, I was skeptical about trying Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches. JJ's proved me wrong. I was completely taken back by the taste and freshness of their bread. Yum! When someone says, "The bread is what makes a real sandwich." I would certainly have to agree. I usually opt for the turkey sub with cheese, lettuce,... More

I was impressed with this place. The staff was friendly, the music was loud, and the subs are pretty good.
