Excited

I just moved to the area and am trying restaurants. Wow, I am actually looking forward to getting back. The Patron margarita was excellent, and the Caesar salad was wonderful!

This is a restaurant you go to when you want to eat a great meal and although I assume there are other tasty items on the menu I find myself always ordering the King Ranch Casserole. An "enchilada" dish that not only DOESN'T look like the standard dish, it doesn't TASTE like it either (although I'm a big fan of... More

I've eaten here a couple of times and never had a bad experience but something is missing and I think I know what it is. First however; the location is great, Devore and atmosphere is unique, the food is nothing extraordinary but the selection is good and everything is well prepared. The service is friendly but here's what's missing, the... More

I had been given a gift card for the Old Blinking Light but hadn't been there before. After trying it, I was sorry I had not tried it before. The buffalo meatloaf was very good and the ribs were excellent. The meatloaf didn't have a traditional brown gravy but rather an au just style. It was very good, as were... More

We really enjoy OBL for an couples evening out or when family is in town. It's a little nicer and more unique than other places in the area. The chicken nachos are always a treat! And, if/when we bring the kids, we go before the rush and find that the wait staff are very nice with our kids who are... More

I give them an A for innovative menu but a B for execution. The dishes sound better than they are. For example, the pizzas sound good but the crust is a mediocre cracker.

Had dinner for the first time at Old Blinking Light with some friends and it was very good. Nice location and the restaurant was very nice. I was told to try the Santa Fe Pizza which was very good! Look forward to going back some time soon!

I travel to Denver for business about 4 times a year and always make it a point to go to OBL. Their HH is awesome! Food never disappoints and they have a nice wine selection.

You won't be disappointed here, good variety on the menu. The wait service is always friendly and attentive. I visit at least once a week and sometimes more. Try my favorite the rolled beef enchilada with red sauce (an authentic enchilada sauce)
