Stopped for Saturday evening dinner. Our waiter was friendly, efficient, and very kind to let us sample a sauce we weren't sure about. He helped us make food choices when we asked and was attentive to refills and whether our meals were satisfactory. I was very happy to see healthy sides and choices on the menu. Not all carbs and... There are so few nice restaurants in HR. They need to update their menu, overhaul the waitstaff (blonde with chin length hair & nails on a chalk board voice, needs to GO) She has messed up 6 orders now & our friend group requests any section but hers. Best thing on the menu? Calabacitas. (chopped veggies) Overhaul your menu. Yawn,... More

We visited this restaurant for the first time, it was around 5 pm on a Saturday. I read many fairly positive reviews, and lots of mentions about the Chef at O.B.L., and was so looking forward to this, as it was my birthday and someone had graciously given me a gift certificate! When we arrived we were pleasantly greeted. The... More

Our evening at OBL was good, but not great. The staff was friendly. The service was very good. The food was average. I got the bacon wrapped buffalo meatloaf. The meat didn't have much flavor and I would have preferred it seared. It was a little mushy. The mashed potatoes didn't have much flavor, either. I found myself eating the... More

OBL is one of our favorite places to eat in Highlands Ranch. We've had lunch, dinner, happy hour, and often even do take out, we like it so much. We most recently went for happy hour - great deals on cocktails and food. The food is flavorful and never bland. My favorite item is the Highlands Ranch salad. We tried... More

Just had a lunch after a bike ride in the area. Service was excellent in a very comfortable setting.Went for ribs a fries which proved a great choice, perfectly cooked with a decent sauce. Accompanied with a Heffeweizen brewed locally at Grist made for a great lunch.

We frequently come here after work and it's a fantastic place, great place, gray food and a perfect atmosphere. We haven't really stayed for a full meal.... But the happy hour food is great!!

"Mac n cheese" was amazing; nice kids menu; we came in after a long days drive and I felt a little under dressed... Seemed like a much younger, hipper crowd and my family was a little out of place

The Old Blinking Light is a vibrant and cozy restaurant with good service and excellent food! We were there for the rehearsal dinner of a friend's wedding and were pleasantly surprised. The fish taco's were excellent and the mud pie.... oh boy! The only thing that bothered me was the speed at which the food was served. We were still... More
