What an amazing flavor! I've only eaten at The Kennebec a few times but I've never had anything that wasn't delicious. If you have any room left you don't want to miss the Carrot Cake for dessert.

For the first time I can remember my husband and I ate our Thanksgiving in a restaurant but this was not your average restaurant. Everything about Kennevec was superlative- the food, the ambiance and especially the staff. There were six in our party and everyone was delighted- so much so we came back the very next night and ate yet... More

The main courses and service were great. The rack of lamb was especially flavorful and a nice presentation. Our group of 5 ordered several deserts to share and two of them were cakes. The carrot and German chocolate cakes were dry and crumbled when we put a fork to them.

had a rehearsal dinner of 21 guests the night prior to my wedding. Service began on the patio with Italian flatbread and warm olives. White wine: chose French chardonnay and red wine, chose Italian montepulciano. For dinner started with crab cake salad followed by selection of entrees, sirloin with bordelaise, stuffed chicken breast with burre blanc, Salmon roulade and cannelloni... More

We got married on Thanksgiving so we were offered several fixed dining options. We both opted for the turkey which was ok, but nothing special - nice veggies but dry meat. We did get a small room to ourselves and our waitress was attentive and helpful - getting the help of another in helping us select a good wine choice.... More

The sauce was incredible. Very beefy and not a strong wine flavor. The meat itself was plentiful and fork tender. The home baked house bread was also delicious and the waitress was friendly. Well worth the short drive to Hesperus.

We were taken here in November by friends, a short drive from Farmington and Bloomfield N.M. but well worth the drive, beautiful scenery along the way, We all had the hamburger, 3 had salad for a side and 1 had the fries which looks delicious, tiny spears, home made.

We visited for Sunday brunch. Omelettes, coffee and mimosas. The omelettes were excellent. The coffee was good. The mimosas were heavy on champagne which was great for our celebration. the restaurant has a great atmosphere and if it was a bit warmer we would have eaten outside and taken in the incredible views. The service is the only negative to... More

Thank you for joining us for breakfast! I must agree that the views out here are spectacular and mornings during the fall season are truly a sight to behold. It saddens me that the patio season is almost at an end. I am also happy to hear that you enjoyed the food. Brunches do get quite busy but our staff... More

The food and prices here are terrific. We ate here for twice while in Durango. The downside of the terrific food is a serving staff that really needs to be trained. They are young and eager but have no clue what they are doing. I know most are mostly students but I have had good service, in Durango, at other... More
