I've eaten at some of the best restaurants, michelin starred and all. After eating at a michelin starred restaurant in London, I came home and met some friends for dinner, and still have cravings for the coffee dusted steak that Robert made. Always, creative, inspired specials! wonderful chef with friendly staff and something that I always come back to, for... More

Italian night at Sansone's is every Tuesday. They offer a nice selection of Italian dishes at reasonable prices. Service is very good.

Bistro may be undervaluing this place. Great menu. Appetizers are fantastic, especially the stuffed mushrooms and spicy calamari (don't let the inclusion of Frank's Red Hot sauce as an ingredient fool you). Entrees are well done, lobster ravioli is a highlight. Pork confit, beef, and lamb are all good, but seemed to all come out a bit more done than... More

My first introduction to Sansone's was when our company engaged the entire restaurant for our holiday lunch in 2006. They accommodated us beautifully and our staff had a wonderful time. They don't open for lunch anymore, but that doesn't matter, it's worth it for dinner! I've been back many times with friends or just alone because it's such a comfortable... More

This is a restaurant that we found through TripAdvisor. We decided to go on the spur of the moment and were fortunate that they could accommodate us. While we waited for our table we sat at the small, private bar. The owner's wife, Erica, could not have been more gracious. The bartender made me a perfect Manhattan. Once seated the service... More

Thank you so much for stopping by and having dinner with us. It was a pleasure meeting you both, and we are so happy you enjoyed your experience. I especially want to thank you for the anchovie suggestion. We have had many inquiries about the price of an individual anchovie, but no suggestions on how it could be presented to... More

My husband and I have been regular customers of Sansone's Bistro since it first opened and have enjoyed a consistently fine dining experience! From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted and warmly welcomed by one of the owners....usually Erica Sansone, wife of Chef Robert Sansone. At some point in the evening, Chef Robert always makes an... More

Ever order chicken "Parmesan " expecting the chicken to be covered in Parmesan ? Not here. While that is what the menu says in fact it's chicken Gouda-ugh. Chef claims all my customers love it-then change the name on the menu and call it as it is, service ok, food quite average. When they rewrite the menu I may think... More

Hi Larry, Thank you for your review. You are right, that dish may be a little misleading with the name. It is the same preparation as a Chicken Parmesan except over the years we have found that people love the variation with the smoked Gouda. I hope you let your server know you were not satisfied with the dish so... More

After getting a recommendation to go here, we took the advice and we are GLAD we did! From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were in a classic movie from the past. Mr. Sansone greeted us at the door in his chef attire. His wife, with an awesome welcoming smile, showed us to our table. The waitstaff... More

Wow! What a great resturant! We live in Denver and just visited this resturant on University Blvd (close to Holly intersection). Fantastic food! Great service! Very good prices! They offered nice wine pairings with our food.

From the moment we walked into Sansone's Bistro, we were treated as very special guests. The owner/chef, Robert Sansone greeted my hubby and I and we chatted a bit before being seated. The restaurant was buzzing with happy noshers. Our waitress was delightful and could not have been more helpful. What can I say about the food? The quality and... More
