I want to be nice to this restaurant because it reminds me of my dear old grandma. As a matter of fact I think my grandma may have been seated in the restaurant although she passed away many years ago. This gives you an idea of the median age of most of the guests at Sansone's Bistro. The server was... More

Hi Dave, Thank you for your comments. I would love to tell you a little about the history of our family restaurant. Sansone's Bistro has been here for 13 years. Many of our guests are seniors and we love that they are very loyal, well traveled, and understand good food and service. All of our guests become family and we... More

Sansones always delivers a great meal that includes a salad or a great homemade soup. Just about all the entrees include at least two vegetables. They do fish great, wienerschnizel, however you spell it, steak, veal, chicken, whatever you want, and their desserts are the best, always changing. You are usually greeted by the owner, Erica. Their clientele tends to... More

We had a lovely table in the front and our waitress was really nice and took great care of us. I tried duck soup and had duck with cherries--both delicious--my husband had steak again and he enjoyed it. Desserts came with the meal and my mousse was nice and my husband had a gorgeous souffle with Grand Marnier. This is... More

My wife and I narrowed it down to only one common item we ate last night and it was the calamari strips that was described on the menu as a steak. She only had a bite and suffered way less than I.........what a night. We have always had good food and great service here, but after what I just went... More

I am so sorry to hear you were sick. I would like to re-assure you all our products are handled with the up most concern for safety. In fact, we just passed our inspection with flying colors last week. The calamari comes in frozen, and the kitchen didn't thaw last nights calamari until right before service. We are currently checking... More

We celebrated Valentine's Day at Sansone's last night. The staff - including the chef always makes us feel welcome. Last night was even more special. A bit of sparkly went with our meals of tender, tender filet mignon and my perfectly seasoned scallops. We liked our vegetables, appetizers and DESSERT made with chocolate. I went home with a rose. My... More

We met three other couples here for dinner before Christmas it couldn't have been a better choice. The food was packed with flavor and even though the server had more tables because someone was out, was kind enough to split the check, which is a pain I know. I would highly recommend this for a romantic dinner or during the... More

We went here for Thanksgiving and the food was good. There were a couple of inconsistencies..i.e. fiber like green beans, but we came at the end of the seating so it seemed like they were running low on things. Our pieces of pecan pie were much smaller than what we observed them serving earlier. Our server was professional, polite, but... More

Love everything about Sansone's. Beginning with the owners, Chef Robert and his wife Erica, who runs the front of the house. We celebrate EVERY occasion here. Very relaxing, wonderful food and excellent service. Oh, did I mention they serve Guinness? :-)

My lady had liver and onions and she ate it all, a very rare occurrence. I had the prime rib and it was tasty, cooked correctly and a generous portion (if you don't like the size offered, you can order a larger one - I ordered a larger serving). We both had the same side veggies . Beets and collards... More
