Wow

It is breakfast only. The menu has a lot of variety. I had a cowboy omlet. Sausage cheese and mushrooms. I don't remember the particulars. It was massive and delicious. And smothered in biscuit gravy. Plus 3 pancakes on the side. This place is a James Beard Award recipient. My only minor... read more

Don't know what all the hub bub is about this place, it was very busy as it always is, but the service should really be improved for the great reputation they have. For me, the food can suck but if I had a great server would make the stay worth it, that's more important to me. Great food, just if... More

I've eaten here a couple of times on the weekend and it is always busy, for good reason! The bacon is thick cut and always cooked just right. I recommend this restaurant for a really good breakfast!

I love the coconut pecan waffle! I never thought of putting coconut in a waffle but the Original Pancake House did. I had it once, had to go back the next week to have it again. I cant wait to try the oven baked pancakes. The service is prompt and very pleasant.

Put it this way: Every time we're in or passing through Denver, we get here for breakfast at least once. Have had many different items over the years, and all good. Only drawback is waiting time. A bit tough in cold weather as there's only limited indoor waiting area.

If you're looking for a great place for breakfast or brunch, this is the place. We went there yesterday. ...delicious food, friendly service, and a relaxing atmosphere. Crepes and waffles were awesome. I saw some omelets that went by and they were huge :-) The restaurant doesn't take reservations, but they have some benches outside to sit on, as well... More

I'm very impressed with the service and food, prices are typical for the fare. I ordered the green chile benedict and what a nice surprise, tasty and filling. I am a fan!

Food: Their fluffy (I mean REALLYfluffy) omelettes and pancakes are out of this world! (try the Tuscany omelette to stay on the "lighter" side). Staff: Very friendly and efficient Restaurant: Clean and functional with a homey feel to it. Would I go again? I have gone tens of times and yes, I would go again and again. Would I recommend... Although there is always a line on weekends, there is not on weekdays. The service is always great and the food is better. A lot of choices on the menu are always a challenge just choosing one. I have been there over 20 times and each time was great!

There is always a wait at The Original Pancake House but so worth it. The menu includes the always delish pancakes, but I love the waffles and the crispy apple smoked bacon.
