Very good Italian food

Il Fornaio was brought to the US several years ago by William Sonoma...the cooking store. They have since broken off and are on their own, but its roots are still high end. I have eaten at this location and the one near LAX airport. While I am more of a traditional family style Italian fan, the... read more

This place takes be back to Italy - I travel several hours out of my way just to go to these restaurants. They are all unique but the food is similar and top notch. We haven't had a none Superior dish yet all fantastic and the Pizza is just like in Italy!

I had the pasta with seafood and it was wonderful, fresh seafood, great sauce. The desert was marvelous. My wife had the veal and it was very good. It's a bit pricy but worth it.

Excellent from start to finish. The food, staff, and ambience are all top notch. Helpful suggestions, as the menu choices were hard to narrow down (everything sounded amazing). The Caesar salad was the only semi disappointing factor due to the tiny number of croutons. We were never rushed and enjoyed a very special evening out. We are thrilled we gave... More

WE used to have an Il Fornaio in the Boulder/Broomfield area and it was one of our fav places to go. Please reopen another one in the Boulder area! Love the open feel of the restaurant, the food and service were excellent, it is a very relaxing place to hang out having a special meal.

We had a dinner for your anniversary. It was unforgettable! I mean everything: the food, the ambience, the servers. It is like a beautiful little world you don't want to leave. We are sure we'll be coming back again and again.

Went here on recommendation of Trip Advisor. The restaurant is very nice inside and we sat at the bar. The bread first of all is awesome. Wine is a little expensive but decent selection. The risotto was very good and the side dishes.

We came here to celebrate a couple of birthdays in our family and really enjoyed our night. A nice choice of entrees, a fine wine list, and delicious (free for your birthday!) deserts made for a fine dinner. Our waitress Beth was superb offering the right amount of attentiveness, and was very helpful with entree suggestions. We wish we could... More

Back here for the 4th time in as many months, and as I live in the UK that must say something good. The high ceilings help prevent the lively atmosphere from becoming too noisy, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the food is great. this time it was sea bass cooked in olives and tomato, followed by my favourite...
