This was my first visit to Chinook. I could see that the potential was there for a really nice dining experience, unfortunately I was not that lucky. The food was very good, the service was the opposite. I had the butternut squash soup along with the Wild Mushroom Ravioli. My lunch compaction had the blackened chicken sandwich preceded by a... It can be difficult finding a nice restaurant open on Thanksgiving. My wife and I have not dined out on this holiday for many years, but were delighted by our experience at Chinook Tavern. Not surprisingly, service was a bit chaotic when we arrived on this very busy day, but once we were seated with menus, server Ali came by... More

The seasonal white spargel (asparagus) is always worth it and one of the only places to offer it on the front range!! The covered parking and located at a light rail stop make the location ideal. Fun summer patio/biergarten & evening concert series too. A great experience from the service to the food to the location!

The service was quick and our server was polite and helpful. Chinook is nicely decorated and the atmosphere is relaxed yet professional. A variety of dishes to choose from. A bit more expensive than other Greenwood Village options.

Enjoyed dinner here with friends and our children. Note that there is no kids menu but they will let you do half orders of some of the entrees. Personnel drinks were good. My lamb shank was excellent. Others enjoyed their meals. My husband was not impressed with his steak for the price. Overall a good meal but pricey. Service was... More

We went here for restaurant week and had a 9:30PM reservation. They were very welcoming and did not make us feel rushed at all. Ali was our server and he was knowledgable about their gluten free offerings. The salad was very good. My father said despite the extremely small serving, the crab cakes were fabulous! He also said that the... More

I’m very perplexed by the ratings of this place considering my experience this evening. If you are looking for an honest review this is it. We arrived with the hostesses greeting us but neither the hostess or waitress asked if this was our first time or if there was a special occasion. The waitress serving us this evening was Catherine.... More

This restaurant cannot decide if it wants to be German, French or American. The menu is a hodgepodge of choices. The prices are extremely high for lunch. The dining room is well decorated but the mixture of smells from the food is overpowering. The service was extremely slow. It took 2 hours for lunch. Skip the Reuben. The burger was... More

We went with friends to Chinook Tavern for dinner in the Zermatt Room. The fondue and raclette was excellent. It was a lovely way to spend an evening with friends eating, cooking and sipping some wonderful wines! Loved it and will be back soon!
