I have eaten at this restaurant several times in the past over the last few years. Last time about a year ago. My previous experiences were excellent, as they were when I ate at their restaurants in Houston. This time, well, one of my worst meals in years, and certainly the saltiest. We arrived with great expectations, based on my... More

We went to dinner with family and I tried to order something really simple and healthy but it's difficult here. So much fried food. But the cheesecake is awesome! My boyfriends mom loves this place!! She and her husband share food and the restaurant is just fine with them doing that. Good atmosphere always busy.

Very well worth stopping by if you are in the area and hungry for yummy food and fun. Let me get my complaints out of the way first I thought it was a little pricey for a mostly fried food restaurant. All of the food was excellent and choices were huge. You can get many very nice broiled fish dinners... More

I am a big fan of Pappadeaux and have eaten at locations in Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago... The food has always been good. The gumbo was as good, as expected. I ordered the Costa Rican Mahi Alexander. Blackened mahi with shrimp, scallops & crawfish in a white wine cream sauce, with dirty rice. The sauce was good, as were the shrimp,... More

Fresh Fish always great. The gumbo, three types, you choose, never bad. The snapper steak was so fresh, the frog legs were huge. Service is very attendant, everything was laid out and just arrived on time. Drinks never were empty. Good for couples, family, friends and business. Prices are appropriate. Not cheap, but not over the top. fun place with... More

Finding a fresh cajun seafood restaurant this far from any coast that actually has fresh seafood was amazing. This is a busy, relatively noisy restaurant, but our server was constantly on the move and attentive to our needs. The warm, fresh baguette was enjoyable. The raw oysters and fried calamari were a perfect start to the meal and both were... More

I wanted to take my wife to a special and hopefully romantic dinner, so I made a reservation for 7:30. Upon arrival we were actually seated a bit early. Unfortunately our table, like all the others, left us elbow to elbow with our fellow patrons. Our server got to us in a decent amount of time and took our drink... More

We were seated right away (Tuesday night) Noisy. I asked if they could do steamed shrimp. They said they could, but they were wrong. It was a plate of hot dried up shrimp with seasoning for $25. Prices were very high, a cup of shrimp gumbo $7.95. The waiter was very friendly and service was very good! The table we... More
