Great Mexican Food

Really enjoyed the meal and the experience. Chevy the bartender made everyone feel at home and made some awesome drinks. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Known for Latin food, and their margaritas. Very good, excellent service. A bit more $$, but you get what you pay for. Quaint setting, would eat there again.

Very good authentic Mexican restaurant! Everything was delicious and service was good! The churros with ice cream were outstanding!

It's not every place you can confidentially gather with 11 others for a meal and drinks and enjoy outstanding service and food, but Las Brisas proved itself up to the challenge. My daughter and 10 of her friends and associates from Colorado and Minnesota joined us for a pleasant Friday night birthday celebration. We were surprised the table was set... More

Pricey Chimichanga was average size, good wrapping - not too thick or tough. The fish tacos were good, but light on the fish portion. The flam was very good - crisp top. Th esopapilles were good, but small as was the honey provided.

I'm very happy that you enjoyed your meal, Thomas! Sorry that your sopapillas weren't as large as you'd hoped, but I'm glad you were able to have fun despite it. I hope this visit will be one of many -- we'd love to have you back! Warmest regards, Matteo More

Don't call this a Mexican restaurant, though they have some excellent Mexican dishes. They are so much more. One of the best margaritas anywhere. Mussels are excellent too. Generous happy hour that goes to 7... 7 days a week.

It's wonderful that you enjoy your visits! The fact that your margaritas and your food are always what you need is wonderful. We hope you'll be back for happy hour and mussels again soon! Sincerely, Matteo More

We had just come in for vacation and we're staying at nearby hotel. Gave this a shot as it was Mexican and close and got good reviews. They were right. Food was awesome and service was even better. Would go here again if ever in area again. Thanks for a great dinner

Anyone who knows this area of CO knows it's dominated by huge chain restaurants. We chose this mostly for the margaritas, which were very good. Traditional Mexican with a selection of tapas and other appetizers, of very good main courses. We ordered the carne asada, and neither could finish. The steak was cooked perfectly served with rice beans, avocado, salad... More

I'm so glad you made us a stop on your trip, Lisa. It's even better that your food and your service were all as top-notch as you deserve! I'm sorry that the ambiance was a little dark, but we appreciate you eating with us despite it. We're glad that you got home safely, and we can't wait until you're in... More

The waiter was very unpleasant and queso was lukewarm by the time it came to our table. Enchiladas were soaked in watery tomato juice, rice tasted like Asian rice and beans were cold. For our first experience.. This was not a good place to eat.

It really saddens me to hear that your food wasn't everything it could've been. We pride ourselves on serving food that is fresh and delicious, and hearing that you received anything less than that is unacceptable to me. It's also concerning to hear that your server was unpleasant. Just like you, I only expect the friendliest and best service, and... More

It's not easy to manage, much less own, a successful restaurant. However, what finally brought me here, after four years of hearing about Las Brisas on my buddy's (Mike Boyle) radio show is that owner Matteo would personally reply to each and every posted online review. That takes dedication, love, and effort which surely must be brought to his product.... More

I'm thrilled that you made it up to see us, too, Bill! It looks like your visit was primarily a positive one, and that's outstanding. The fact that our service, our food, and our ambiance made your time here worth it lends so much weight to what we do -- after all, it's why we exist in the first place!... More
