Colorado Mexican food, it was terrible. the service wasn't good and it was loaded with screaming children. Fajitas were awful, if you cant do good fajitas, you don't need to be in the Mexican food business.

First came here in 1992, went regularly for five years, good fajitas, wonderful fresh made at the table guacamole , tasty margaritas , went home to the UK but came back in 2014 it was just the same and just as good.

I came in by myself for dinner while visiting for a job interview. The service was exemplary and the good was outstanding. Definitely would recommend as a solo or more dining experience.

This is our first lunch at this restaurant; as we have always dinner on earlier trips to visit family. No dinner opportunity was available to us on this visit; so our local family took us there for lunch just so we could split one of this restaurant's superb Magaritas (baby sitting duties that evening prevented us from ordering one each).... We stopped in as we are always on the hunt for a great margarita (found it!). Steve was our server (actually he is the event manager) and even though we told him we weren't going to eat, he served us chips and salsa (wonderful fresh homemade salsa with just the right amount of heat), told us about the specials and... Great restaurant! Excellent food, great staff and reasonably priced. Tortilla crusted salmon was heavenly.

We've been visiting Las Brisas for years, and always have very good food. Crispy Relleno appetizer, then, share some of the squash soup, and the seafood enchiladas. Or, they have a combo plate with a seafood enchi and a relleno (the tomatillo sauce is veggie and great on the relleno).

We've been fans of Las Brisas since moving to Colorado fifteen years ago! Best margaritas in the state, and the food is truly spectacular. NOT your typical Mexican fare -- although all the typical stuff is there is you want it. Great fish!

We were introduced to this restaurant many years ago by friends. Since then, we have taken several out-of-town guests there. All have enjoyed their meals and left happy. The food is excellent and the menu very different. Service is attentive, too. Try and go on a weekday as weekends are very busy--guess that says something positive about the place!!
