We eat at this Hapa Sushi a couple of times a year. It has a great menu and a great atmosphere. We are particular fans of their long list of delightful and interesting rolls as well as the teriyaki dishes for kids. This time, however, we were very disappointed. The area where floor meet windows was absolutely filthy. No one... More

I got hooked on poke while in Hawaii years back and it does seems to be coming around in popularity over here slowly but surely...but this poke served on top of fried taro was THA BOMB!! I am not kidding!! AWESOME!!!! Our waiter was super nice. The atmosphere was dimly lit and the sake was hot and tasty. We had... More

Having seen long lines spilling out the doorway at the Boulder Hapa property, we expected the Denver Hapa to be exceptional. Maybe we got it on a bad night. We got takeout on a Sunday night and this is in Denver Tech Center (DTC) so obviously caters to a business lunch/after work crowd. It was dead on Sunday night. I... More

Stopped here late Friday night for food/drinks with a friend. It was quite lively for 10:30 at night. They have a reverse happy hour so there were 1/2 price sushi deals and drinks. Nice late-night spot for socializing!

Lunch today with a friend. I always find the food decent and not memorable at the GV outpost of Hapa. Today was no exception. I had a bowl with rice and veggies, spicy sauce and some chicken. Portions of chicken on the skimpy side too. My bowl was just ok, on par with Tokyo Joes not a nicer place which... More

Great atmosphere. Great service and great food. Try the tuna nachos. I had dreams about them after we had them. The happy hour deals are great!

This was my third visit to Hapa. Each time I try something new. The menu is unique and the food is good. The waitstaff seem to know how to direct you if you have questions about the meal--for example: How many rolls should we order for a party of two? As a couple, we are kind of picky--my husband doesn't... More

Wow! What great food - And service! Tucked away in Greenwood Village, this restaurant is beautiful and efficient. We ordered gyoza and vegetable tempura appetizers and both were delicious. The gorgeous tray full of sushi arrived and every bite was delicious. Probably the best octopus I have ever tasted. As a last serving we enjoyed their original Multiple Orgasm Roll...let... More

Had lunch on a business meeting and it was really great. I didn't know what to expect but there are a few Hapa locations and they do a great job. I'm back and forth to Japan frequently so know my sushi. Other best places are Izakaya Den and Sushi Den

First experience at this restaurant which has several locations around town. Meh, shrug...service wasn't up-to-par: waited a long long time for the food to arrive, nary a "look in" from the staff. Waiter indicated he wanted to wait to bring our miso soup until our whole order was ready, wha? Meanwhile just sat having to nibble on the ginger for... More
