Awesome breakfast

Always great breakfast and good vegetarian green chile. If you are not a coffee drinker, beware that the only kind of tea they carry is "Lipton".

Come on did you expect a 4 star restaurant in this farming/college town. This is a good place to get comfort food. They have a large menu with many non breakfast items and daily specials. I have been working this part of the state and stop here for breakfast several times. It always exceeds expectations, good bacon and sausage patties.... More

I was visiting from out of town and stopped in for a late lunch. The waitresses all looked at me like I had a horn coming out of my head; I don't think they get much traffic from people they do not know. Despite being one of very few people there, I wasn't checked on, and the food was only... More

If you're a meat-and-potatoes type, you belong here! Maybe even if you aren't - they have some Mexican on the menu too. I stopped in for lunch today and ordered a chicken-fried steak (my benchmark for restaurants new to me). The lunch came on THREE plates! A saucer for the toast, a full plate for the chicken-fry, and another full... More

Quick service, and food was acceptable. Good coffee. Could have been "cleaner". Ceiling needed painting - dark water stains which made me wonder what the kitchen actully looked like, if thats what the patrons see...

Great old fashioned place. Food is down to earth and inexpensive. The decor is very dated. but that's part of the charm. This place has been here for a long time. Food is good old american. The service is great with very friendly wait persons. The rest of the staff is very welcoming.feels like family. Best pancakes I've ever had!!!!!!!!!
