Yes, the decor is dated but this restaurant is pretty much a landmark in Greeley. It's typical bar food but really good. I mean where else can you still get a Monte Cristo and coconut cream pie? :) Prices have stayed reasonable and service is friendly. Will continue to go here when visiting family and friends in the area. Mmmm... More

This is our favorite restaurant in Greeley. It's a modest place with excellent food. I can honestly say we've never had a bad meal here. The Reuben's a terrific, they celebrate St. Patrick's day 12 times a year, every 17th of the month. But the best is usually the last..... their homemade pies are superb! Don't leave without trying the... More

We have enjoyed meals on their patio. Our most recent visit was on Saint Patty's Day. The place was slammed... but it was completely worth the wait for St. Patty's Day ambience and traditional eats...along with their delicious pies! Good memories with our baby's first March 17th here!

Dropped in on a Monday evening, seated with no wait in patio. Host acted as server--very pleasant, attentive and experienced guy. No hesitation to set up an umbrella for our table. Gave good menu advice. Lasagne arrived very quickly and yet tasting like made from scratch; large portion and very tasty. Salads simple but good. Decent kids menu, and dining... More

Our first impression upon arrival was to walk away and look elsewhere but we forged ahead. Food is standard bar food and burgers. I had the fish and chips, others in my party had the Monty Christo, and Reuben and a cheeseburger. Food was better than expected though the service was below average (we sat on the patio and had... Relaxed, pub-style casual dining is the feature of Fat Albert's. Wait staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is very comfortable. Been a fav since college!

Fat Albert's has always been one of our favorite places to get consistently good food. We usually try to get something different each time we go, so we have tried many of the menu items. We knew the man for whom the restaurant is named (Roger Albert) and his wife Sue. Great people!!!! The only down side is that the... More

Decor is definitely outdated. We were sat quickly and the server was great. Great service all around. My husband had the Bbq Ranch Cheddar burger, medium rare. Yum! I had the Bonsai burger, medium rare as well. Pineapple and provolone topped the burger. It was okay, I wouldn't order it again. I did order chili and cheese added to my... More

What a lovely family owned restaurant with great food. Irish to the core but great burgers, sandwiches too. I've seen families, couples, and people eating alone enjoying meals here and by the conversations I could tell they have been coming for years... Oh if you're into desserts they have a pie case with to die for pies ready for you... More
