Definitely worth the stop, if nothing else for the river side... More

We went here with our friends for lunch. My friend told me this was possibly the best sandwich she had ever eaten - she ordered something with avocado on it (maybe turkey with avocado?). The mac and cheese was also very, very good. If I remember correctly, the sandwich did not come with any chips or other sides, just the... More

The restaurant is horribly overpriced for mediocre food. To top it off, the wait staff was rude and would not allow my 86-year-old mother with a cane to sit indoors because it was "nice" outside. We had to wait in an empty restaurant for 30 minutes for an outdoor table to open up. I suggest you try O A Bistro... More

The service was outstanding! The food, Elk Medallions and stuffed Pork was delicious! Oh, and the house salad was better than I;ve ever had at any restaurant!!

The food and service were excellent. The cost is a bit high and we actually could have shared one 16 ounce rib steak dinner ($8.00 charge for splitting a dinner) and ordered an extra salad. This would have been more than enough. Loved eating in this 100 year old lodge. Thank you. Jim and Vivien

Excellent, friendly service. Interesting selections, from bison burger to smoked salmon to brie filled pastry. Delicious while watching the water rushing over the rocks down the stream. Absolutely beautiful!

This place is a great location, next to the rushing Colorado River. Beautiful setting!! It's a bit of a challenge to get to - for out of towners. Plenty of parking. Simple menu (ribeye, filet, scallops, elk, pork, salmon, lamb, tuna, chicken and buffalo). The creamy tomato basil soup was delicious. The warm bread was very good with the basil... More

This place is soo Great. The property itself is Killer!!! The view is something you will only see in a book or TV. The drinks and the service is just as good as any thing else. If you go go in the evening its romantic and a great place to just get away from it all. Not like any other... More

The setting of the restaurant is lovely and picturesque. The food is definitely gourmet and prepared excellently. The wine list is fairly extensive and the menu includes local foods including elk medallions. Families and couples would love eating here, although you might want to leave very small children with a sitter. This is a dining experience.

If you're looking for a cozy, romantic and delicious outing, this is the place! The service was wonderful, and the food spectacular. After dinner we enjoyed a drink by the fireplace - which was my favorite part of our whole CO trip! Menu is a bit pricier than other places in town, but definitely worth the extra coin for the...
