What a delight to discover Silvertips, the delicious new restaurant at Soda Springs Ranch. If you haven't tried it, you need to experience their excellent and varied menu soon. It is obvious owners Greg and Jim are hospitality and restaurant pros from the welcoming atmosphere and the professional service. We've visited three or four times and relished our dinner each... As an employee since the first week Silvertips opened their doors to the public, I knew immediately after meeting the two new owners that this restaurant's unmistakable potential will promise much success to these gentlemen and their lovely staff. We aren't just employees struggling to make it through the shift with as little effort as possible, we are a small... More

Great place for a wonderful French inspired dinner. We were welcomed by the owner, had good attentive service. The beet and brussels sprout salad was tasty, grilled salmon with mushroom risotto was really good too. Liked the plate ing with roasted green beans and grape tomatoes.

We went here in early June expecting the Grand Lake Taphouse but Grand Lake Brewing closed in October 2013. It is now the Soda Springs Restaurant just opened by new owners, who are bringing back the more upscale tradition of the original Carolyn's Cuisine. Food was OK but pricey. We had a basic burger and fries, which listed for $15.00.... More

This place is in what was once Caroline's Cuisine then the Grand Lake Brewing Company, several miles south of Grand Lake. We've been here for lunch & dinner, & they also do a Sunday brunch. The menu is limited ~ burgers & salads, a few upscale/different dinner entrees ~ but everything we've tried so far has been good. The butternut... More

On your way into town (on left hand side of HWY 34) is a new restaurant definitely worth trying. We had the Mussels & Fries and the Hot wings...Both were delicious! The mussel broth warranted an extra side of bread and the wings were cooked to perfection with home-made sauces. The service is friendly and attentive. This would be considered... More

The Grand Lake Brewing Company makes their own beer and have a dozen or more selections. Each one that I sampled was quite good. I found the Nut Brown Ale to be one of the best microbrews that I have tasted. The young lady that served us was very polite and attentive. The Tap House is no longer in Grand... More

We tried the strogonoff and the veal schnitzel this visit. Both were excellent. I had never had apple spice sauce with veal before and I liked the combination. I also enjoy the beers served by this micro-brewery. I have tried 4 so far. All good.

We stopped for a beer when we saw the taproom/tasting room sign. What we got was great beer, great service (Scott was awesome....funny and great service!) and we only got a side of fries, but they hit the spot! Went home with a growler and will definitely be back!

Our waiter/bartender Scott was a blast! A lot of fun and kept bringing us free drinks to sample. One of them was the Grand Lake Brewery's own root beer and oatmeal stout mix. It was delicious and reminded me of great iced coffee. Add it to the menu!
