We had reservations for dinner and were seated immediately but service was slow and not overly friendly. The food was innovative and delicious. I loved the gespachio made with watermelon.

Stopped by for an early dinner on a Sunday and we were not disappointed! Delicious food, great service and wonderful atmosphere. What else could you ask for?

I have to tell you the only thing good is that our dog came along for dinner. Staff did a great job. 14 dollar martini.....really. My salad was something I could have put together myself. Peach salad that my husband had was ok. Apple soup is worth a shot. All in all would never go there again. Sorry😕

Had ahi wraps for appetizer. Never had that before. Had Ono for main course with spinach salad. The piece de résistance was chocolate sorbet. The service was only average. I was the first person there when they opened. The waitress seemed to have other things on her mind my whole meal. Had to ask several times for little things. I... More

While traveling, we always think small towns best dining experiences are at a fast food joint. Grand Junction is a rural community with really good restaurants. 626 on Rood stands out. The bar has a great wine by the glass selection and its not the run-of-the-mill selection either. 626 proves wine does not have to be expensive to be really... More

We visited 626 for my girlfriends birthday celebration, it was my second visit here and it is her favorite restaurant. The service is excellent here and the restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is fun. We were promptly seated and our waitress quickly came over to take our drink order. After suggesting some drink choices she took our order and... More

We finally went to 626 on Rood for our adult sons birthday. We had made reservations ( which somehow got lost) but had no trouble getting a table on a Tuesday night. The prices are pretty high but this is the best food I've had in GJ in the 3.5 years that I've been here. (Strayhorn in Loma has amazing... More

Not the type of high end restaurant I expected to fine in Grand Junction. The service was excellent the wine list, food and prices are more like you would find in Denver or New York. The presentation is very nice but the portions are very meager. We where there on a Saturday night and called late for a table, They... More

What a lovely experience my mom and I had dining at 626 on Rood. The service was superb! Cheese fries with truffle oil - holy Idaho potatoes when did you go high class?! They helped mom select a perfect wine for her, there were many gluten-free dining options and local flavor. The spinach salad was amazing. Such a hidden jewel... More
