This is definitely one of the top 2 places to eat in Grand Jct. Extremely good food, made with locally grown (some in back of the restaurant) and raised ingredients, the chef comes up with some amazing pairings and recipes. They have an incredible wine selection, with pre paired flights, and great bottles. The sharing menu is an awesome way... More

Very good food for an average price. One of four or five really good places to eat in GJ. I have not had bad experiences with service at all, five or six times eating there in the past 10 years.

We travel quite a bit and are pretty open minded regarding food selection at restaurants... We nearly walked out of this restaurant because of the menu..... The waitress was wonderful and did her best to have something made in the kitchen that would be acceptable...... Modern American? no way...... definitely a nice wine bar and questionable menu items for a... More

Some visitings friends wanted to take us to a top rated restaurant and were we all horribly disappointed. Arrogant management, poor service, tadteless food, tiny portions and below average ambiance. And did I mention the over pricing?

If you're looking for a nice dining experience in Grand Junction with some good food and a vast selection of wines, including Colorado vineyards, then 626 is your place. There are several delightful wine flights for a reasonable price. It's a great way to experience an unknown wine for little investment. The wait staff is very attentive and pleasant. The... More

I've have only found a few eateries in Grand Junction I'd recommend but 626 on Rood is top on my list. We were recently visiting Garand Junction and ate here for the second time in as many years. I don't know why we don't go there every time we are in town. The service is excellent, our waitperson was delightful.... More

My palate was overjoyed! I had the Butter Poached Lobster Tail with quinoa for dinner, very tender and sweet meat. The cheese plate was to die for (particularly the Gouda and the wedge with the chocolate dusting. YUM!) Dessert was their "crack pie". Can you say, "Heavenly"? Fantastic service, great ambiance for business or pleasure. I don't drink but there... More

First off I like to point out that when I go out, I enjoy talking with the server and getting recommendations. Our server was cold, robotic, and seemed like she would rather be somewhere else. She seemed like she was disappointed when we didn't order drinks and it went down hill from there. I got the duck salad, it was... More

Fantastic food prepared correctly. Staff is well trained in service and attentiveness. Owners on site and it shows in the perfect details. An interesting mix of wine bar and restaurant. Large variety of clientele patronize the establishment. Well done.

Fantastic food. The pork tenderloin, the beef in a red wine sauce with truffle mash and the lobster tail. All were delicious.
