We were in the mood for Indian style food and was wondering if Grand Junction could deliver. Boy, did it ever! Highly recommend this place.

What a fun dinner experience with friendly staff and other diners. The lamb dishes were excellent as is the Naan bread. They have good choices for beer and the servers are attentive. This is a good place for families with children as well as any group; relaxed and right on Main Street. This is a place you feel welcome and... More

Great food to be expected........but, lots of fun? Really? I handed over the ordering to our server/owner of the restaurant. My friend asked, "what did you order?" My answer of, "I have no idea" got quite the chuckle from the couple next to us that were no doubt regular dinners at this joint. Our server was all smiles as he... More

I've eaten Indian food in many cities, including London and Penang, Malaysia. Those are places with a good size Indian population. We don't have that in GJ. But still, the food is very good. Also nice in that there are Nepalise items on the menu, which you don't find in many places. The staff will take the time to help... More

We went here based on the good Tripadvisor reviews. My wife's vegetarian dish was delicious, while my Tibetan chicken noodles were very spicy despite me ordering only medium spicy - so be careful (I have had very spicy food in Thailand, Malaysia etc and this ranked as one of the most spiciest food I've ever had). Staff were nice and... More

The vegetarian momos were great! Not spicy, but my husband had the fish vindaloo and it sure was hot and tempered nicely with a cinnamon lassi. We both had a wonderful meal here and wouldn't hesitate to come back next time we're in town.

Thirty years ago I trekked to Kangchenjunga and could always tell the Nepali restaurants from the Tibetan ones because the Nepali's had not grasped the use of chimneys. It was such a return to those tastes and smells at this establishment that drew me back to my youthful folly. The food was excellent and flavorful. No Tibetan barley beer but... More

We ate lunch here which was a buffet. There were plenty of vegetarian options but many of the dishes were running out on the buffet. The spinach (saag) was very salty and there was no kheer only an empty bowl. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. We will not here again.

The food was good, the portions quite large and the service prompt and friendly, considering we arrived 20 minutes to closing on a Friday night. In fact, when we asked what time they closed (and we knew from the posting on the door, but wanted to acknowledge that we were late) they said: you're here now, so no worries. I... More

The first night I ordered the thukpa soup which is not something I usually get. I ordered it spicy but it was mild although good. After tasting the vindaloo sauce on my husband's meal I wished I'd ordered something different and wanted to go back to try something else. His was definitely spicy & delicious. We also tried naan, mango... More
