Love the feel of this funky pizza place! It's a regular dining spot for me, because the pizza is so dang good! Every pie is a new experience, and the friendly faces can't be beat! Downtown is the perfect place for this eclectic pizza joint!

We are staying at the overnight in Grand Junction and, as usual, I scrolled down thru TripAdvisor. Pablo's Pizza is right up th street from our hotel. The downtown area has been turned into a walking street with very cute sculptures decorating the street (we will be taking our camera tomorrow morning). Pablo's has inside and outside eating areas. The... More

My adult son loves this place for the calzones and pizza. I went with him for dinner, and ordered a salad that sounded good but the tomatoes were from a can, too odd for me. People rave about the pizza and the place is always clean and the staff very nice. If you eat here I would say stick with... More

Pablo's Pizza simply put, is outstanding! Its pricey but at the same time, you get what you pay for! Certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pablo's and will make it a destination next time we are in either Grand Junction or Fort Collins!

The creativity of the pizzas you will find here are well known in the area. Some of the combinations may seem odd, however, you should give them a try. It's hard to pick a bad one. And if you really want to create your own, they'll do that, too.

This funky little storefront pizzeria serves up good pies, Panini, soups, salads and beverages including some local brews. It's casual, comfortable and reasonably priced. Inside and outside seating as permitted by the weather.

Good but not great pizza. I thought the prices were a bit high for pizza. They have a friendly staff but it is pretty crowded and you have to fend for yourself once you get your pizza.

These days, particularly among American-style pizzerias or chains, the more cheesy a pizza is, the better. This pizzeria, though, uses the older style European method of making pizza, which is my preference. Because there is less cheese, the subtler flavors of tomato, basil, lighter dough, etc. can gravitate to one's taste buds.

The simple spaghetti marinara was far too spicy for my wife to eat, noodles were overcooked. Very cramped spaces between tables with lots of traffic right next to us from the bar and kitchen. For the "myth" of this place being so great, we were very disappointed.

My husband and I both love it the freshness, and the nice variety you can choose. Their salads are made fresh as well and very tasty. My daughter loves to go there as well when they are visiting us. Yes would highly recommend this wonderful lil friendly Pablos Pizza in Fruita, CO!
