We stopped here before going across the border into Utah and were not disappointed. The pizza was fresh, huge, and very tasty! You had over 30 pizza types to pick from and we had a hard time deciding! After they make it right in front of you, all the while the smell of the pizza makes your mouth water, they... More

Pablo's was our choice to stop in for a slice and a salad. Ya I know, a salad at a pizza place? Give me credit we did have a slice.....Pepperoni to be exact and it was great. The salads were good but I would have to say Pizza is deal. Great thin crust and lots of yummy selections. This is... More

I really miss my NY pizza, so I am always looking for a good surrogate. Pablo's is the best so far. Not sure how we NY'ers should feel about a mac & cheese pizza, but they have that and far more a NYer would say,"What the...." Still if you create a new class of pizza for West of the Rockies,... The pizzas at Pablo's are indeed artful. Creative toppings and combinations, thin crusts and fresh, flavorful salads. My only complaint is the dining room which is small and noisy.

We detoured with group of folks off the highway to find this spot for dinner. Glad we did. We were a large group about 14 and the counter service was fast but food came slowly. The selection is great with fabulous salads, and gluten free. Something for everyone. But the menu is confusing, font choices are bad, colors and sections... More

The pizza is a thin crust that still stays flat when holding the crust after 15 minutes. Very fresh ingredients and pizza to almost die for. Ordered the Blue Chick salad and was thoroughly enjoying it as the pizza arrived just as we finished. Had the beer of the month special and hit the trifecta. It's pay up front so... More

Absolutely love this place! Heard about it from trip advisor and fell in love! This is the hip place to be in Grand Junction on a weekend night. Pablos is always fast and has great service. They are very reasonably priced for a college student! My personal favorite is the Judicious! Enjoy this quirky, loveable restaurant!

This place is a bit too small but has a cool vibe. The menu offers some interesting pizza recipes, as well as a large selection of toppings for creating your own recipe. The size of the small pizza is only 8", which could come in handy if you're with a group that can't agree on what pizza to order. Beer... More

Love the feel of this funky pizza place! It's a regular dining spot for me, because the pizza is so dang good! Every pie is a new experience, and the friendly faces can't be beat! Downtown is the perfect place for this eclectic pizza joint!

We are staying at the overnight in Grand Junction and, as usual, I scrolled down thru TripAdvisor. Pablo's Pizza is right up th street from our hotel. The downtown area has been turned into a walking street with very cute sculptures decorating the street (we will be taking our camera tomorrow morning). Pablo's has inside and outside eating areas. The... More
