Wow, what different and delicious pizzas with a brick oven fired crust that doesn't get soggy! Good choices of beer, too. This is a great place to get together with friends/family and enjoy a good meal, not too noisy, friendly service and we just stayed on till closing, enjoying it!

Very good local spot for Pizza and salads with a very engaging and patient staff as there were too many great menu choices to choose from. It has a great local vibe and you can watch the happenings on Main Street, especially during the farmer's market when the street is closed off.

Every sort of pizza you can think of, but they are all good. Even the MAc`n Cheese! We go here at least once a month and always get something new.

Arriving late at our nearby hotel, we rushed in here for a late dinner. We shared a 12 inch pizza for 2 and were impressed by the fresh ingredients and topping. A bottle of wine was also the cheapest we had encountered on our trip. For a simple, but good evening dinner with wine, it was surprisingly good.

I have eaten here about ten times and every pizza I have ever had has had at least partially burnt/overcooked crust. Maybe that's their thing. I've eaten here as many times as I have because I like pizza in general but it's definitely one of my last options in Grand Junction. The also have the arrogance to price their pizzas... More

The plan for a dinner at home fell through (meat didn't thaw) so DH suggested we go out for an inexpensive meal. I was craving pizza so we went to Pablo's. The one on Main St has a funky decor, friendly competent staff and we've had dome great pizza there ( palisade peach and bacon for one!). DH wasn't feeling... More

Check out this pizzaria's menu, there are a crazy number of mind-blowing flavor combinations. I went on a weeknight with two friends and there was a steady parade of pizza-lovers in and out. Order at the counter and find a vintage table to sit at while you wait. I think we had the Sophia- something pizza with goat cheese, roasted... More

I've never seen pizzas like they have at Pablo's - I wanted all the vegetarian ones! Finally settled on Dracula's Revenge, sans chicken, but with portabella mushrooms. Very garlic-y and wonderful! Even the crust was tasty. The vinaigrette dressing on the side salad was a little too oily for me, but the salad was fresh. It's kind of a hole... More

Six hungry friends ate and drank at Pablo's Wednesday after touring Colorado Monument. In spite of the Tripadvisor recommendations we really had no idea just how great the pizza was going to be - words have their limitations after all! Please look at the menu here on line - have you every seen so many sauces? The ones we choose... More

Awesome pizza. We love to go there. Lots of great choices and unique pizzas. Can sit outside and enjoy the downtown area.
