Very artsy and comfortable! The menu is pretty large and service is superb. The hummus was delicious! The cheese sticks were hot and tons of marinara sauce. But very garlicky! I also had the surfer girl salad! It was very delicious!!!

This is by far the best pizza in Grand Junction. They use the freshest, tastiest ingredients and prepare your food quickly. The crust is the best anywhere. Salads are also wonderful and they are OK with substitutions. I wouldn't eat pizza in G.J. if it weren't for Pablo's. Don't waste your money anywhere else.

We stopped in late afternoon and had a great pizza. The staff was very friendly along with a very laid back atmosphere. I will definitely come back soon!!

Ordered 2 calzone to eat at home with the family. Turned out a fair amount of it was hard/burnt and could not be eaten. I did contact Pablo's and they gave me credit in the store. They explain that the oven was not the best/temperature to cook calzones. So the impression I got was they know they have a problem.... More

We had our meal delivered, so I can't comment on the ambience or the service. But I wanted to say that this is the best pizza I've had in years!! The Italian Stallion was flavoursome with generous toppings and an interesting combination of ingredients. The base was perfect - you could taste that it was made in a wood fire... More

Wow, what different and delicious pizzas with a brick oven fired crust that doesn't get soggy! Good choices of beer, too. This is a great place to get together with friends/family and enjoy a good meal, not too noisy, friendly service and we just stayed on till closing, enjoying it!

Very good local spot for Pizza and salads with a very engaging and patient staff as there were too many great menu choices to choose from. It has a great local vibe and you can watch the happenings on Main Street, especially during the farmer's market when the street is closed off.

Every sort of pizza you can think of, but they are all good. Even the MAc`n Cheese! We go here at least once a month and always get something new.

Arriving late at our nearby hotel, we rushed in here for a late dinner. We shared a 12 inch pizza for 2 and were impressed by the fresh ingredients and topping. A bottle of wine was also the cheapest we had encountered on our trip. For a simple, but good evening dinner with wine, it was surprisingly good.

I have eaten here about ten times and every pizza I have ever had has had at least partially burnt/overcooked crust. Maybe that's their thing. I've eaten here as many times as I have because I like pizza in general but it's definitely one of my last options in Grand Junction. The also have the arrogance to price their pizzas... More
