Warning! Chili's is evidently placing a new tool to confuse diners into purchasing something they're not aware of. The "Ziosk" terminal is touted as a convenience, but it's really an underhanded way to charge customers extra for nothing. We encountered this "bonus" for the first time yesterday. There was no explanation, it was just there. Fooling around with the screen... More

The food is consistently good here. Wait staff is pleasant and helpful. Good atmosphere. Quite a good variety of food. I enjoy their steak and broccoli lunch plate. They also have some very good specialty drinks. Great place for lunch or dinner.

I have been to this Chili's many times in the past. In the beginning it was decent. Over time the service has gotten worse each time. Today was TERRIBLE!!! 15 min to get sodas ordered, another 10 min for them to arrive. I am now at 1hr 15 min and STILL NO FOOD... Completely unacceptable. I complained to the waiter... More

My wife and I met on a blind date at another Chili's location, so for some reason to celebrate that anniversary wherever we are we will find a Chili's location. We have been to this restaurant several times over the last 10 years and it is consistently less than what it could be. We had a couple drinks, SW Eggrolls... More

Chili's Grill & Bar always seems to be active in helping social causes. This Veteran's Day, they gave free meals to veterans. They advertised a free entre from a special menu; so I wasn't expecting much, and thought I would have to pay for my drink etc. Chili's has been offering free meals for veterans for years, but I always... Ordered a ribeye and it was top quality. The veggies that came with it (mashed potatoes and broccoli) left a lot to be desired and the Texas toast looked like the heel of the loaf and was almost burnt. The waiter was pleasant and attentive although they were quite busy.

We arrived at this Chilis for dinner while driving on I-70 through Colorado. Our visit started poorly because there was no one to greet us for about 5-10 minutes. Finally, we were seated. Our waitress came a few minutes later and gave us great service from that moment on. We picked meals from the 2 for $20 special and enjoyed... More

Barely made the restaurant before closing. Music was VERY loud and probably chosen by the young staff. Only ordered soup and salad but soup was served cold and lettuce had been overly chilled or had been frozen. Most of it was inedible. Waitresses were busier visiting with each other than checking back to see if anything more was needed. Lot... More

The food was terrible! Fajitas where not grilled and they looked like tofu. Three tortilla for two people was stupid! The onions were not grilled. Appetizer was over cooked, my husband has loved Chillis since growing up in CA. But this experience was horrible. Never again! Three quarters of the staff were hanging out together in the dinning room talking... More

The food here is average. The service is also just average. They have a good happy hour. A little pricey.
