My Husband's All-Time-Long-Time Favorite

I've been here four times in the past few months. We dined here when they were serving fresh peach martinis and later for pumpkin spice martinis. Both were exceptional. The best thing on the menu is the spinach salad with the bacon vinaigrette dressing. You could put that stuff on a piece of... read more

We were somewhat disappointed as the place looks the same as it has for 20 years. Our waiter was pleasant, service was fine, not exceptional. Steak was cooked as I requested. Shock came when we opened the menu as well as the wine list. They are really proud of their fare and charge for it.

Very overpriced and unremarkable. An old GJ favorite, which for some reason still packs them in on weekends.

So many people rave about this restaurant but I have to say I was disappointed. The food was just ok. The service was slow and I noticed we were treated much different because we didn't order alcoholic beverages. Not my style!

I had an Uncle from Guam in town and wanted to take him for a nice dinner downtown. We were able to get a table on a Friday night which is sometimes a chore. We were seated in the main dining room. Twenty minutes went by with out being acknowledged, I finally asked a waiter that had walked by our... More

Excellent date night type place. Cozy and for adults. Prices are a bit high but worth the food you get. Service has always been excellent.

Maybe this was the place to go years ago-- certainly the decor is a throwback to the 70s-- but I felt it was over-priced for the meal we received. The steak was okay-- but my piece had fat and gristle on it, and bottom-line, I can make it better myself at home. The salads were large and fresh, but the... More

Overpriced....poor service and terrible steak. I'd have done better to have cooked the bottom of my shoe rather than eat their Ribeye. The only saving grace is the meal was comped... Although...The manager said to me "I don't make the cows". Don't waste your money, go someplace else.

Wonderful atmosphere and excellent food. On the high end, price wise, but well worth it! The wait staff is always very attentive and pleasant.

Well this restaurant is a true surprise! My pork tenderloin with peach composte was cooked to perfection and the ny strip special was extremely flavorful. The service is absolutely wonderful as everybody is extra polite. What a great dinner!
