The date of our visit doesn't go back far enough. We found it to dark and dank. The service was on the slow side.

Coming from a remarkably smaller town we weren't quite sure where to start when it came to the Grand Junction restaurant scene. Luckily our friend took us here for a good bite to eat. After surfing through the menu for a bit my wife ordered a lamb burger, and I settled on a tuna steak sandwich. The sandwich was pretty... More

Passing through Grand Junction and stopped here....should have gone to McDonalds. Watery corn chowder-followed by rock hard potatoes and cold vegetables. The small serving of salmon was warm. Waitress asked if I wanted her to bring out more of the sides but I feel that if the cook was comfortable sending crap out the first time......would he really do better... More

The prices were too high for the portions that we received. The food was average quality as well. They did not snap it up with a side or a bigger portion. It did not help that there were some very rowdy people (more than most sports bars) that was spoiling our view of the game. As soon as the bill... More

I have gone several different times for lunch, and have not yet had a bad meal. The Gyro is one of the best sandwiches, and if you want a splurge, the Monte Cristo is to die for, but if you are watching calories, it is NOT the sandwich for you. The Lamb burger is phenomenal as well, and the salads... More

Stumbled into town for lunch and just happened to see the place near the old downtown area. Had an exceptional burger. Very friendly staff. A very inviting statue adorns the outside seating area.

We went with locals and can see why they crave the fresh gyros as they were clearly cooked daily and maintained freshness, proper seasonings. We had a nice caesar salad to share as well. Generous sharing portions. Nice to sit outside on the patio...if you prefer inside, bring a flashlight...dark as a mine. Not sure why not better lighting.

Nicely prepared and presented food with fresh ingredients, the menu had some unique choices for this type of establishment The staff was just perfect, attentive without being in our faces all the time. Location is slightly off the beaten path in downtown, but worth a stop if you're in the mood for grille fare.

I had a wonderful lunch at the Blue Moon today. Made me wonder why I have only been there a couple of times over the past 20 years. I think I will be visiting more often. A bunch of old friends met there today and had one of the best lunches ever. The owner even stopped by to say hi... More

Stopped in GJ for the night on a road trip with my kids. Walked up and down downtown looking for a place to eat. VERY cute town but dead on a Wed. night. I found Blue Moon Grille and since I'm a Blue Moon beer lover thought YAY.. I found our place ;-) Its a decent size place inside and... More
