Nicely prepared and presented food with fresh ingredients, the menu had some unique choices for this type of establishment The staff was just perfect, attentive without being in our faces all the time. Location is slightly off the beaten path in downtown, but worth a stop if you're in the mood for grille fare.

I had a wonderful lunch at the Blue Moon today. Made me wonder why I have only been there a couple of times over the past 20 years. I think I will be visiting more often. A bunch of old friends met there today and had one of the best lunches ever. The owner even stopped by to say hi... More

Stopped in GJ for the night on a road trip with my kids. Walked up and down downtown looking for a place to eat. VERY cute town but dead on a Wed. night. I found Blue Moon Grille and since I'm a Blue Moon beer lover thought YAY.. I found our place ;-) Its a decent size place inside and... More

Stopped in for dinner with my husband on a recent trip. We sat at the bar. It was a hot day and the interior of the restaurant was too warm and very dark. We ordered burgers and it took a while to get our food. Our food arrived slightly cold. I will say the burgers were tasty, but nothing out... More

Had an early dinner here while in town. The atmosphere is old diner-ish type with decent service. Had the Blue Moon salad which was very good, and the Moon Pie which I would classify more as an appetizer. Prices not bad. I'd say this is a good place to eat, but nothing special.

Awesome place! The best selection of craft beer around. Burger was excellent, Greek Pastitsio was amazing, service perfect and we loved the mid-western owner, Brad. Don't miss out on this wonderful spot when you're in Grand Junction. Just a fun vibe all around.

Stopped in for lunch, (finally) after hearing rave reviews from friends. Due to the constant construction on Main, getting to the establishment is a bit of a chore, but well worth it. Being from the east coast, this diner brought back fond memories of late night suppers with the family. Hard to find a good Monte Cristo, and I was... More

I stopped in here for lunch recently, mainly because I always see people dining on their patio and my husband said the food was good. I've lived here most my life but hadn't eaten here yet. My companion ordered the. Monte Cristo and I had the Cesar Salad with Blackened Salmon. Both were perfect! Very good. We sat out on... More

Staff is great. Nice bar!. The flaming saganaki cheese appetizer was less than what I expected. Better bread would be good and Roma tomatoes instead of beefsteak would have provided better presentation along with placing it on an appetizer plate with a smaller fondue dish for the warmed cheese instead of two lunch platters for all of it. I love supporting locally owned, independent eateries and this is one of the best examples of one in Grand Junction. The management takes time to make sure that you have a good experience and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. The place has a historic vibe and I highly recommend the Italian Stallion sandwich.
