Interesting

Went in on a Friday night right past happy hour. Had to wait about 5 min to get waited on and then 5 more to get a water. After that, service was much better. I had the Monte Cristo and it was one of the best I have ever had. Great crispness and flavor. The fries were nondescript. Tables needed... read more

Great lamb burgers, gryo, and smothered burrito. Owner remembers name every time, even when from out of town. This place treats you right!

Went there for lunch. Food is good and sandwiches are great. It is a favorite local hangout. But it is a bar and keep that in mind, so not a real fancy place. Service is good. Refills were prompt for our ice tea and pop. Been there in the evening before going to a downtown event and mix drinks were... More

We ate here & were pleased. Nice beer selection. Good food. Pleasant staff. It's a bit pricey, but not too bad. Would recommend.

Went to the Blue moon with family. It was my first time there, and my cousin highly recommended the burger. I ordered one and it turned out to be surprisingly good for the area. My brother ordered the monte christo; which, although it was good, it was covered in powdered sugar and served with honey. Something I have never seen... More

This place is great. Had a business lunch here. The owner greets you and even remembers you when you have return visits. Had the lunch special the smothered burrito with green chile, salad, and just the right amount of chips. Service is great and they keep your drinks full. Highly recommend this place. They put the customer first.

Staff is very friendly and atmosphere is great. My best recommendation is to try the Blue Moon Char-Crust Sirloin (with the Gorgonzola butter of course)! It will exceed any expectations that you have from a "Bar and Grille"! Quite easily, it is the best steak that I have found in Grand Junction!

The Blue Moon is a staple in Grand Junction and a staple for me for lunch or Happy Hour. All of their dishes are ALWAYS consistent - some must-try's are the flaming saganaki and the Monte Christo! I love their specialty drinks and they change them up frequently. The bartenders and waitresses are the friendliest you'll ever meet.

Once more, the Salmon Caesar was excellent. I just wish it was a little brighter inside at lunchtime. Especially in the winter months, when days are so short as it is. I sort of feel like I'm sneaking off to a bar in the middle of the day instead of eating at a restaurant.

Whenever we hit Grand Junction for a shopping run, or just for fun, we always stop at the Blue Moon for a sandwich ... It's an old building that was probably a soda fountain shop back in the day. This place has great ambience. The service is always great and the food as well. They have a wide range of... More
