Decent food, great atmosphere

I had a breakfast business meeting at the Dream Cafe. The atmosphere and service were great! Coffee was hot, the place was spotless, and the waitresses were very nice. The food was a little shy on flavor, but good with some salt and pepper. Prices were very acceptable for the total experience.

If I lived in GJ, I would be a regular here. The food was amazing, portions were huge. I love the look and atmosphere of the cafe. Service was good. The only downside was the music that was playing was bee mismatched; it was rap and 2000s pop and hip hop. Didn't seem to fit the rest of the place,... More

This is a "local joint" my favorite kind of travel "find". We went for breakfast and it was delicious, to say the least. When I saw the words Blueberry Muffin Pecan Pancakes there was no contest with any of the other dreamy items on the menu. It also said: donut icing....but I took a pass on that....fearful of a sugar... More

This is our go-to place for good food in the mornings. Good service. Creative and tasty food. We eat here whenever we are in town.

Great modern style breakfast and lunch on Main Street. Can get busy and slow around noon as you might expect but it's worth the wait.

My husband and small children go here for breakfast as often as we can! They have fresh orange juice and amazing eggs/potatoes but the best part for us is the fresh homemade strawberry jam on an English muffin! It makes the whole day better! They have a mimosa and Bloody Mary bar also that we look forward to trying sometime... More

The Dream Cafe can get a little busy at times, but it is well worth the wait if you end up waiting. The portions are huge and delicious. Their cinnamon roll ends up being about the size of a plate and is a tasty way to ruin your diet!

We were returning from a long car trip, and having been to Grand Junction before, decided that it would be the perfect place to stop for breakfast. You may have to wait, but the menu is amazing and so is the food. This place is busy, busy, busy - cheery, bright, imaginative dishes and everything you could possibly want in... More

My daughter and I enjoyed a late breakfast at this cafe. The place was very busy yet provided fast service. The food was delicious. We will be back again especially for the breakfast!

I have eaten here several times and always found the food of good quality and good service. Several times on weekends it is a bit crowded and I'll move on the plan B. I have only had breakfast here so I can't speak of lunch. The staff is friendly but can get a little overwhelmed if truly busy. They are... More
