I love trying out new, local places. While staying at nearby hotel, this restaurant caught my eye. I went in for dinner and was immediately taken with the cool, hip vibe. My server was very friendly & attentive. I ordered the Bin burger with white cheddar, avocado & poblano peppers and the Kitchen fries. Omg. I never clean my plate... More

At one time Bin707 had the best double shot, rich, holy grail crema espressos in town, albeit from a machine not a barista. Sadly the recent servicing of the machine has rendered the espressos into dishwater topped by cotton candy foam. Save your $3.00 for around the corner at that overpriced bagel place. I suggest a live top notch barista... More

We went here because it was rated #1 restaurant in Grand Junction and we were only staying one night. Bin 707 more than lived up to expectations! It was easily the best meal that I have had in the United States so far. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The small plates were the perfect size for dinner for one... More

The lamb sausage flat bread was nice but it was a bit short of a generous portion of their house made sausage. Their croque madame? Amazing!

Everything is amazing here! I have eaten at Bin many times and have never had something that I didn't like. Their charcuterie is out of this world, their burgers are to die for, and their wines are delicious. They are constantly changing their menu to keep it fresh but it is constituently high quality affordable food!

This was my first time and I have to say it was very good. Had the pork chop over grits and it was cooked to perfection. The only negative would be the seating in front is very tight. It hard to have a conversation without hearing the person next to you. I wish they would space the seating out a... More

Very popular and therefore busy. We had to wait about a half hour for a table as there are no reservations. The bartender exposed us to some excellent local wines. The food was fabulous. Excellent value.

One of my favorite dishes for lunch is the beet salad. With so many other favorites on the menu, it has taken a while to get back to it. While I was totally expecting the great salad I had before, the current version has a new (to me) presentation. Still very good flavors with a fresh composition. This is one... More

Have eaten here twice. Lunch was wonderful had french toast. Dinner -the pork shoulder was fabulous. Menu is a bit confusing with the small plates, its plates of cheeses and salami, appetizers. Lots of good beers and wines too. One of the best 2 restaurants in town.

We were stunned to see the crowd when we walked in on a thursday night in November. Almost left because of the long wait, but decided to sit at the bar. Bartender was fabulous and addressed us by name (so sorry I can't recall her name, but tall pretty blond). Burgers were fantastic and atmosphere enjoyable. Definitely the best place... More
