Great, but slow service.

Come here if you have no where else to be for a long time. Yummy food though. Great place if you are eating low carb. Most all chairs are high chairs.

Go here for the mac and cheese, well worth the trip, price was good to. Had the Elk meatloaf myself. Was ok but worth trying other dishes to. Ale taste were nice, have to try the jalapeño and cucumber beer my wife liked better than the peach beer this was more flavorful. Good service for us was nice change.

Stopped in Grand Junction for lunch on way to Glenwood Springs- like Grand Junction's historic district and opted for the pub lunch. Plenty of tables though service was slow. Salads were okay, really good fries. Husband had club sandwich that he was happy with. Okay place to eat if you're not in a hurry.

After driving for 8 hours we needed some refreshment. As we are travelling in Colorado to sample the craft beer, we checked out the Ale House. This place was great. We were there on a Tuesday so it wasn't too crowded and we were seated immediately. Our server was great and knowledgeable about the food (we always ask a lot... More

So, I have reviewed this place in the past and gave them a terrible review. This place has really great food and great drinks at fair prices. Some items I would still say are over priced, while others are fantastic prices (happy hour). But... the service is just awful. The waitress's are slow because they are scattered all over the... My 20 year old daughter and I arrived at 9:35 pm after a day of driving. We were greeted with, "You have your id's?" I explained that we were just there to eat, had been driving for 12 hours, and my daughter is 20. They informed me that you have to be 21 to get in after 9:30 pm. The... More

Were taken here by some new friends for lunch. Food was enjoyable, my wife had the Elk Meatloaf, which was tasty but a little too peppery for her taste. I tried the Teriyaki Beef and rice, again, very tasty. The range of beers and micro brewers is extensive, we chose a tasting session and were given six beers on a... More

The food is consistently good and the ambience on a summer day on the patio is very pleasant with nice nooks covered with lots of shade from trees and umbrellas. Probably the best patio in Grand Junction.

We ate here because of it's high ratings from other reviewers. They were right! We enjoyed the Teriyaki beef kabobs which were ample in portions and ever so tasty! We were seated in a fairly quiet booth in the rear of the restaurant which suited our desires perfectly.

Go there for the beers, stay for the food. Great atmosphere and service. I had the elk burger and thoroughly enjoyed it.
