Ups: Good food, good service, good beer. Down: Our booth seats had not been wiped down so there were still leftover crumbs from the previous customers. And as the designated driver for the evening, I was disappointed there weren't more non-alcoholic house drinks offered (virgin dacquiri was all they could come up with). The two hostesses that day were rather... More

Our server Cassie, must have had molasses glued to her shoes, slow, slow slow slow.. They were out three of the draft beers I wanted to try... When our order finally arrived the children's fish and chips were burnt.. Did not reorder, by the time the order had arrived the children had set for 30 to 40 minutes it was... More

Not very impressed. We have enjoyed food and beer at the Denver location and feel they do a much better job there.

We met family here while visiting Grand Junction. We had eaten here with them a couple of years ago so husband was looking forward to the meatloaf he had then but unfortunately the only meatloaf now is Bison and that didn't hit his hot button. All in all our meal and service were very good, and we'll eat there again... More

The Ahi Taco's were delicious and the portion was big! This is a great place to hang out with your friends in the bar or find a booth to have a more private conversation.

Our big family of seven dropped in on a weeknight without a reservation, and we were promptly seated. Extensive food and drink menu, with something everyone enjoyed. Service was good, too. We really enjoyed our meal at the Ale House, thanks to a great recommendation from the staff at the El Palomino Motel.

We've eaten at the Ale House many times over the last 10 years. Time to review it! A year or so ago they refurbished the outdoor dining area. It's very comfortable and the hummocks of grass and trees block out the street noise. It's probably the nicest patio area in GJ. The food is quite good in a comfort food... More

My husband and I ate dinner at Ale House while on a visit to GJ. We sat at the bar. Our bartender was very knowledgable about the beers on tap and let us sample several before deciding. We ordered pizza. It was New York style and came in only a 20" size which was huge for 2 people. Our only... More

The outdoor patio is nice. The bar has TVs and a great atmosphere. Lots of different craft beers, but also sells Coors Lite and Miller Lite. Very unique mixers. The food was great! I highly recommend The Buffalo burger. Big enough to split and deeeeelicious. Prices were good. The menu was extensive. Enjoy!
