Nice Building....great owner

Burger was good. Onion rings were not worth 6.00. The owner came out an advised us of shortage of employees and recommended us to go someplace else if we couldn't wait. We waited and thought the food was pretty decent. For Granby, great place......not very many selections

We had terrible service at Brickhouse 40. After getting our drinks, which took 10 minutes to order, we had to wait another 25 minutes to get someone to take our order. I had the fish special which was excellent. My wife had a shrimp dish which was served cold and had to be returned. Our friends shared a steak which... More

Stopped here for lunch and the food was good. We shared the gyro which was really good. The service was marginal which is reflected in the rating. I would go back and give it another try.

One of my families favorites ! White table cloth restaurant that is very friendly to children (kid friendly app, and cookie to decorate for dessert with meal). The Greek app plate for adults includes all the favorites with the best olives, hummus and homemade yogurt. Salads are full and huge -lamb entree to die for - yummy. We only had... More

We have never been in a 1/3 to 1/2 full restaurant and been turned away before. Our group of 14 were on a motorcycle trip over the 4th of July and staying at the Best Western Motel in Winter Park. On Sunday, about 1:00 p.m., we all pulled in the Brickhouse 40 to get lunch. There were many seats available... More

We called to find out what time they closed and walked a few blocks from our hotel to grab some dinner figuring we would be there before they closed. We arrived about 10 minutes before they were closing and the hostess said they were no longer seating people. Hummm..... if you close at 9, then why didn't you say we... More

On Sunday July 5 a group of 14 of us stopped in at the Brickhouse 40 because we thought the place looked good and would be first class. Upon entering and trying to get seated we were promptly told we couldn't enjoy their establishment because we had no reservation. No where did we see anything about reservations, they weren't busy,... More

Pretty sad. Stinky old carpet, sticky tables, stained chairs. Appears to have been a nice place years gone by. Cold fries with a huge pastrami sandwhich, a burger served without the signature thyme mayo (why didn't they say so when it was ordered?), and slow service. The spanik was pretty good.

We sat on the patio which was a good idea since the weather was good and inside was hot and noisy. We have been here before and really liked it, but this visit was a little off. We received the appetizer with our dinner and my food was overlooked. Will try it again with some hesitation.

Maybe they were having a bad night, but the staff seemed to be having fun together and ignoring the patrons. We had several things wrong at our table of 9. A pizza we ordered with gyro meat, was delivered without it, and when questioned, we were told they were out of that meat, someone was supposed to tell us, but... More
