We are on a strict diet and asked not to be served potatoes The food came with potato we asked that it be removed and it was scraped off the plates and returned to us with the slimy hand prints still on the plates. We asked for salad instead and were told you will pay more anyway! We got our... More

We had been to the Brickhouse a couple of years ago when in the Winter Park area for skiing and mountain air. That first time the food was great, but this time the spanakopita was literally burned, with the spinach tough to chew and the filo covering requiring a knife to cut. I was in shock and the fact that... More

Drove into granby for dinner and so glad we chose Brickhouse. Both service and food were great. Presentation and food quality were top notch, especially considering it's in granby. It was a Saturday night and we did not have reservations but only had to wait 20 minutes for 2. Next time we'll call ahead.

Very contemporary decor. They were able to seat us sooner than promised without a reservation. The "crab cakes" made w/ Mahi mahi were awesome. They have several dishes they can make gluten free. Kid friendly, the kids meal came with a cookie that they decorate themselves.

I wish that we had crossed the street to go to Azteca after just a few seconds in this place. The hostess was rude, our waiter hardly ever checked on us, and the food was adequate, at best. We had to ask 3 times for a basket of bread that was on everyone's table. Their signature margarita was very yummy... More

Told we would have a 30-45 minute wait for 8-12 people. Waited 90 minutes and were told it would be longer. Bartender was rude and usually nonexistent. Manager was rude and said we shouldn't expect anything different on a Saturday night. Sat at bar table and did not have a single person come around to ask us if we wanted... More

Granby Colorado is a very small town with a restaurant called the brickhouse 40. As the nicest restaurant in town I kind of expected a little bit more from them sadly they were lacking. the cooking stuff was throwing croutons and checking emails on their smartphones the hostess was touching food items and she had dreadlocks the whole experience kind... We've already been to Brickhouse 40 twice this week. Once for dinner, and once for lunch. Both were delicious. For dinner, we ordered (and shared) the wedge salad and the pork kabobs. The pork was wonderful. Surprisingly, this place has a little bit of a greek flair, and the pork reminded us of souvlaki (which we both love). It was... More

First time I've been there, read some reviews prior to going there. Most were good but a few complaining of slow service. We were greeted immediately and seated right away. Waitress arrived very shortly afterward with menus and took our drink order. It took us awhile to decide what to eat and waitress keep checking back with us. We finally... More

This was a shockingly nice restaurant. It sported real creamery butter in place of that cheap whipped stuff most restaurants serve. Nice white tablecloths, attractive décor, solid presentation of the meal. A really nice place to eat!
