Okay local watering hole. Split a salad and Reuben sandwich. Reuben wasn't grilled. Average food but probably about the best find in Granby which has very few places to eat.

After reading some of the last reviews I am unsure if I ate at the same restaurant? The menu definitely covered every aspect of a diners wishes, our waitress was very attentive, the atmosphere was nice and the service was fast. Everyone cleared their plates and raved about their meals. It goes to show that consistency goes along way with... More

Our first night on vacation we tried Brickhouse 40. We were seated at a table near the front for six. The highlight of the meal was the tuna appetizer...great taste with a kick! The rest of the meal was just alright. The biggest complaint was the three tacos...while they were on tortillas they just didn't taste like tacos. As others... More

My daughter and I recently visited the Hot Springs nearby and wanted to have a nice dinner. I have cooked out of a scratch kitchen for about 50 years and she is a professionally trained chef. The menu looked awesome with a great selection. We began with the beet salad, which was described as sliced beets with spiced cream cheese... More

Recently visited the Grand Lake area of Colorado with my husband. Wonderful part of Colorado (we live in CO) to experience. One of our daughters came up for a few nights and we found Brickhouse 40 the first night while checking menus in the area. It was my choice to go there. Menu looked good and the atmosphere nice also.... More

This is a wonderful restaurant in the little town of Granby. The food was excellent, the service was good. We were not in a hurry so didn't mind waiting a little longer for our meal. What great presentation! The meals looked like works of art, and tasted great. Can't wait to eat there again.

I stopped in to Brickhouse 40 for lunch while walking around downtown Granby. I have to say that it is the nicest and most modern looking restaurant in town without being pretentious. The prices are good, the presentation awesome, service outstanding and the food was very good. They offer your typical salads, soups, sandwiches, burgers and pizzas. I had the... More
