They are well known for their breakfast burrito but since they reopened in their new place they serve everything and their green Chile is tops in the area.

Located in an old Pizza Hut (( the tables and booths and floors are old and worn out )) --- the food is freshly prepared, authentic Mexican (for American's) and Yummy!!! I had green chile smothered chicken enchiladas. I could taste the corn in the corn tortillas, the seasonings and the flavor of the chicken, and the smooth and spicy... More

Oh my God. Someone in my party decided that we should stop in Golden rather than Morrison on our trip up to Vail. What a disaster. First, they don't have a liquor license. Second, all of the food came straight off a Sysco Truck. Even the lettuce was packaged and factory cut. It was like eating at Taco Bell. Except... More

I am a volunteer at the Colorado Railroad museum and a group of us frequently eat here. The food is great, price is good and they have a couple of amazing waitresses. Be careful about the time you visit for lunch. The high school crowd is there sometimes and they can cause a wait for your food.

We dined here one morning because my nephew that lives in Denver said you have to have a burrito from Sanitago's...so glad we did, we loved it. We did the 1/2 mild and 1/2 hot green chili burrito and it was just perfect. This huge burrito was only $2.00 - and the place was packed, people dining in or doing... More

So never tried before 2 months ago. Why? Don't know. But the green chili was good. But I got the medium and my nose was running and my eyes were watering. Serious Hatch flavors. Was good but I will go for the mild - and I like hot things. Big portions. Fair prices.

If you're looking for moderate taste in inexpensive Mexican food, Santiago's is it. The location is good and the wait staff is nice but all in all, a truly average experience.

always a popular choice for the breakfast burritos. have never dined there, but, based on what I've had, it has to be excellent!

That's about all Santiago's is worth. They're filling, yet cheap, and the meat choices rotate throughout the week. However, you're stuck with whatever they're making that day. Their hot green chili really is HOT. The rest of the menu is very average Mexican food and there are definitely better options around. Caveat emptor.

Santiago's in Castle Rock is a great value. The menu features green chile add on's in mild, hot and half/half. IF you like HOT, this place is for you. The pricing is low and therefore a great value! They also have take out via a drive through!!
