We were delighted to have such a great and easy place to go for dinner each night while staying at the Hotel Denver. My husband chose their most recent award winning Irish Red. It was so good he brought some home with us. Quick service and great people.

We love this place- we always stop here when passing through Glenwood Springs. Our most recent stop was for lunch on January 8 when we were headed to Moab for a winter weekend retreat. My husband had the burger special, I had the veggie burger and our older son had the kids' pizza. We also had sweet potato tots. I... More

I was a great little restaurant to stop at. I still can not believe how good the Wild Mac and cheese was. Also we loved there beer. We even bought a $10 jug to take back to the hotel. what a great deal.

The craft beers were very good and so was the appetizers we had. One of us however does not drink beer and the bartender was not nice to her and then not attentive after that, kind of snubbed us then. Overall nice atmosphere and friendly wait staff. Bonus was we stayed at the Hotel Denver which is attached and received... More

I tried the Chicken Enchiladas, suffice it to say they were a bit overcooked as the tortilla, flour which wasn't mentioned on the menu, was soggy. Also I'm not a cilantro person so I assumed because it was not listed on the menu it wouldn't have any. Dead wrong, it was in every part of the dish. Despite the food... More

We ate here two of three nights during a recent trip to Glenwood Springs. Both nights we were pleasantly surprised with a quality of both the meals and the service! Best part of the night (and what really drew us back the second night) was their fabulous Raspberry Wheat beer... I'm not a beer snob by any stretch of the... More

We love going to the GC Brewing Company when we are in Glenwood. The food is good and its a fun place to have a beer. This night however, the service was less than stellar. Ordered a salad before dinner...which never came. We ordered a dessert, which the waitress comp'd for us...We will go back the next time we are... More

This place has awesome brews! I tried several of them and enjoyed them. The brews are exactly what you would expect from a Colorado microbrewery. The place has that nice mountain feel to it, nice and cozy. Food was great, the sweet potato tots are amazing.

We enjoyed a meal of fish & chips, salad and beer,. The staff were nice, good food and good beer. Also, it is in an excellent location and cool historic building. We only were disappointed with the pricing and portion sizes. The 3 pc. fish was really 1 large piece and 2 small pieces.

Get a growler to go. This is a must stop for beer when we come here. They really treat young children well. Some of the foods a prepared a little different than I'm used too. Just a mountain thing, but very tasty and it's nice to taste the adventure.
