Great menu, food, service and atmosphere. We don't even drink, and still had a great meal and experience at the Glenwood Canton Brewing Company!

The food was amazing. I had the chili and beet salad. The chili was seasoned to perfection. The beet salad was wonderful. My husband had the beer cheese soup which was creamy and delicious. Others in my group drank the beer and loved each one they sampled.

The food and beer were good, but the service was not. One reason we selected GCBC was because of an online recommendation about its Gluten Free menu (one of our party has a gluten allergy). When questioned about the GF options, our waitress said 'yes, it's GF' to almost everything, but when questioned further about particular items, she then said... More

Truly sorry for the confusion during your visit, our Gluten free menu is current but the item you ordered is not offered on that menu this is where the confusion was, our GF Prime Rib with ajus is a dinner entree available after 4:00 as it states on the menu. We take allergies seriously and always try to accommodate dietary... More

I don't think you would ever find this place as a tourist visiting the hot springs near Aspen and Vail Colorado unless you knew someone locally. It's in the same building as the. Denver. Hotel across a pedestrian bridge from the Glenwood Hot Springs Lodge where we were staying. The menu was varied and the food was very good. Our... More

Man, that was some nasty ol' Colorado Prime Rib Cheese Steak. The Prime Rib tasted old - like it had been frozen and left thawed too long. I had my partner taste to confirm, the sandwich was left unfinished. My partner had wild mushroom Pesto ravioli. It was cheese filled Ravioli, like any commercial cheese Ravioli - with the mushrooms... More

My partner and I had a sampler with four different beers! They were all so good we didn't know which ones to have as our 16oz. The food was your typical bar food; the pretzel sticks were the best ever!

Really was shocked when they seated a party of 9 right as we walked in the door. Service was great and food was hot and delicious. Had a pulled pork and sandwich and 2 beers. Kids meals are $7 a kid. Some t.v's around and loud but it was a Friday eve. Would come back.

Got a gift card through our hotel stay and went here for a late lunch. We were seated right away and saw our server Steve immediately. My husband and I shared a taster flight of 4 of the many beers they had on draft. All were delicious but I really enjoyed the st James Irish red. My hubby liked the... More

We stay in the Hotel Denver once or twice a year, and we can usually smell the brew pub when we open our window upstairs. The beer list always seems to show thought, although the choices sometimes are not to my liking. However, we are always on the lookout for a really good burger and the GCBC delivers! Our definition... More
