Enjoyed the food and the patio

Stopped here for dinner after a swim at the hot springs pool. Service was attentive, food was pretty good (I had the pulled pork sandwich which I really enjoyed, not fatty and nice barbecue sauce). The pretzel appetizer was tasty too. I had cider rather than beer which was fine but wish it had... read more

The food is seems like standard frozen bar food dressed up a little. The quantity is not that great for the price. The service was friendly but slow. It has a great location and probably relies on that and tourist traffic to stay busy more than quality and unique or great food. Not a place to stay away from by... More

Went between lunch and dinner time during the busy 4th of July time frame. Seating was approximately 3/4 full. Service time was on the slower side, which I've noticed to be closer to normal mode of operation in many of the mountain towns, but it was a holiday weekend. Ordered beer and appetizers. The appetizers were normal pub fare of... More

Reminds me of old saying "where friends meet and everyone knows your name"! I recommend the hotel Denver to friends visiting from out of town!! I personally enjoy the ambiance of the brewpub. The manager Donna always stops by to say hello and my bartender Erin always takes great care of me!! They feature nightly specials, my favorite is the... More

We stopped here on our way from Denver to Grand Junction. My husband ordered fish and chips which he thought was pretty good. I ordered the house made veggie burger. I did not enjoy it. It lacked any salt and it was mushy and fell apart. I was definitely disappointed. I expected the food to be better than it was.

This is my second review of this restaurant and things have not changed much. The food is average, the beer is good and not great, but our server was much better than the last time. The bottomline: average food with good service.

We stayed in this hotel, walked over to the restaurant to get a drink. We sat in the large, quiet lobby and enjoyed our beverages. Later we went back for a snack with our daughter. She ordered the root beer, which is made in house. Outstanding! The food was also very delicious!

We went there for lunch. Asked the waitress if the onion rings which said "Parmesan and peppercorn" were homemade. She said yes, they were frozen with no parm or peppercorns. Our bill arrived and our 12 year old son was charged for his drinks. I asked why because they were free with a kids meal. She said he had an... More

I am sorry for the disappointment, we do not have a parmesan peppercorn onion ring on our menu it is only the dressing that is served as the dip. I am sorry if you felt mislead by the menu or not enough clarification from our staff. Thank you for the feedback we appreciate it. More

Nothing exceptional. They had good beer. The service was slow. We had mahi tacos and a bbq pork sandwich. The tacos were "blah", very little fish, nothing special. The pork sandwich was good, mainly because of the bbq sauce (made from their IPA beer). Very noisy even with the front wall open. May try it again, but there are a... More

Liked menu, offered nice selection for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Recommend the edamame appetizer, great waitresses, and a short walk to other local spots and hotels. Would go again.
