The food has a unique flare to it that must be regional. Nothing is exactly as you'd expect it to be, but that is also a nice adventure for the palate. What cannot be disputed is the joy of the craft beers and getting a growler to go.

This is a good sized craft brewery. The food is good. We had the pub nachos. Both of us had the Grizzly Creek Raspberry Wheat. Yummy. Tastes very much like Leinie's Berryweis. I had a taster flight of other beers. All good with bold favors. Would definitely go again.

Plenty of TVs to watch the game. The food is above average bar food and the service was above average.

There was a football game going on that kept it pretty busy for an hour or so while we were there, but after that quieted down, it was a nice place to sit back and relax after hiking all day. Very good brewpub beer selection.

This place was one of the few "family friendly" restaurants in Glenwood Springs that offered a variety of menu items. The beer list was limited for a "BrewPub" but the one I chose was great. I would say the entrees were quite pricey for the amount of food you actually receive. My wife and I ordered burgers (one buffalo, one... More

We couldn't get into The Pullman so we went next door to the Brewing Company. We were seated immediately and our server came over, introduced himself, and took our drink orders. The food was good, but not brilliant, but our server made the entire meal a fun experience. He was attentive without being pushy, brought our meals out quickly, and... More

First time in Glenwood Springs. Stopped by for lunch during a motorcycle ride down I-70. Glenwood Springs is beautiful and the GCBC has seating that allows you to enjoy it. Nice selection of beer and I had one of the best Reuben sandwiches I have ever had. The place is clean and the service was good. I will definitely stop... More

Great chicken enchiladas, burgers and kids loved the root beer. Easy to walk there from the Glenwood Hot Springs Lodge.

Love this restaurant! We live an hour away from here, so when we visit, we usually eat here. I'm not a fan of hummus, but they have the most flavorful, tasty southwest hummus. It's served with pita chips, carrots, and celery and it is delicious with all of them! Hubby had the Beer Cheese Soup in a bread bowl and... More

This brew-house is located in the Hotel Denver (See my review, Sept 5, 2014). My Son and I stopped in this establishment after a day of travel and dinner: The place was hopping. We sat at the bar and had excellent service for the bar man. The place has some very nice local beers on offer. We both were well... More
