Being in Colorado, home to so many great brew pub and local beers, I was looking forward to visiting Glenwood Canyon. I tasted 4 of their beers. All were weakly flavored and did not seem worthy of the numerous awards they display. The honey ale had almost no flavor. The IPA lacked hops, the red ale was ordinary. Only the... More

Having a good brewpub right inside the Hotel Denver is just brilliant. So nice to be able to just take an elevator to Your room instead of walking or driving. The food was good and the beer even better. We will return, great service, friendly, Festive atmosphere too !

Nice atmosphere in this brew pub. My husband had the salmon which he said was good. I chose the pasta which was covered with a green pesto sauce which I have to say looked like pond slime. It put me off and I didn't finish it.

Anyone visiting Glenwood Springs has to stop by the Canyon Brewing Co. to try some really good beer! The Bourbon Salmon was the best I've ever tasted as was the delicious triple chocolate cake for dessert. Everything was cooked to perfection. Pricing is good as well!

We stopped in for lunch and micro-brew beer on a Saturday in September 2014 at about 1pm. The hostess was all "business" and no "welcome." Instead of noting our touristy, glass-eyed unfamiliarity and making a recommendation on seating, we found ourselves uncomfortably asking for a table with a view. After our meal I walked around to find the whole venue... More

This is one of our lunch places that we rotate through on our trips to Glenwood. The food is always above average and the service is usually pretty good. We certainly weren't disappointed this time either. I love their beer cheese soup (although I forgot to order the pretzel to go in it) My wifes fish tacos were excellent as... More

I've enjoyed the Brewery for many years. Comfortable place to go with adult kids & teens. Great food and large portions and great beer and I'm not a beer drinker. Like the extended sidewalk seating across from the historic train depot.

On our first trip to Glenwood Springs, we loved this place so much we went twice. This time, the food was fine but the service was a bit slow. To be fair, we went pretty early for dinner (around 5) so they might not have had their full dinner staff ready. Also, we did learn that it is a pub,... More
