Good German food, just don't be in a hurry if you go...

Tasty German food, ample portions, at reasonable prices. Only open for breakfast & lunch. The day we went the place was pretty full and service was slow though (luckily we were on vacation and not in a hurry).

Our hotel suggested this breakfast place, but I would not return. The food was just okay. Didn't try any of the Bavarian specialties, but the benedicts were really salty and the pancakes were dry and bland. Kids breakfast--straight up eggs, bacon and hash browns--was fine. It is also a bakery. The bakery items looked tasty, but we didn't get any.

Had previously heard about this restaurant from another travel site. Gave it a try and was not disappointed. The portions are large and well worth the money. The food was good (could have used a little more seasoning in the kitchen, but a little table salt/pepper was all it needed). Their coffee was amazing. I typically do not like drip... More

Somewhat funny amalgam of Bavarian kitch and food with a few Mexican favorites thrown in. Still, we enjoyed our food. The crepes are VERY sweet, with a huge amount of whipped cream! The benedict was great. Since they wrap their pastries in plastic, they aren't crisp any longer, which is a shame. Nonetheless, we'll come back next time.

I had the Vienna Crepes and my husband had the Schnitzel and eggs for breakfast. Great food, very authentic. Large portions, good coffee. Highly recommend!

The food is very good. The Hungarian goulash is authentic and the various breakfast and Benedict options are yummy. The choices of true Bavarian/German meals are somewhat limited, but what they do offer is good. The owner was present during our visit and entertained the folks with an authentic Swiss Alphorn. It just made you want to shout "Ricola" lol.... More

We had looked forward to a return visit to this restaurant. It just wasn't what it had been. We waited an hr. for our meal. SEVERAL that had been seated after us had their meals and only after we asked did it seem to appear. The food was bland and the although HUGE, the cinnamon roll, was Desert Dry. A... More
