Amazing

Simply love this! Great yummy authentic polish food. Glenwood gem. Had the Perogis, potato pancakes, and pork sandwich. All from scratch, all super tasty. Type of place you dream about what you are getting next time the instant you leave.

Since we're not experts on Polish food we had no frame of reference for our meals. The pierogis, porkchop and potatoes were okay, the cabbage roll was good and the kielbasa and sauerkraut were very good. Does that make it the third best restaurant in Glenwood Springs? We don't get the ratings on Trip Advisor. Nepal No. 1? Polanka number... More

Perfect spot for low key homestyle Polish food, great value in a pricey town. Perfect for pre or post ski carbo-loading. Definitely order the combo plate and supplement with additional pierogies and potato pancakes (served latke style with apple sauce and sour cream). The sauerkraut was amazing.

Nothing fancy, just tasty Polish food, and ample portions, at great prices. Very limited menu, but what they do make is very good. It's BYOB, so go to liquor store next door to buy beer or hard cider to go with your meal.

We visited Glenwood Springs for three days. We ate at 5 different places. This is the only one we ate at twice and wished we could have again . It's simple, nothing fancy, but just delicious Polish home cooking. We would exit the pools, at the deep end exit and walk up for lunch. Don't forget to stamp your hand... More

If your Polish grandmother had about 10 tables in her kitchen- this is what it would look like- literally. A grandmother figure and her daughter run the place and cook right there in front of you. Nothing fancy- just good Polish home cooking. Well worth a visit!

This is a no frills restaurant with great food. When you get tired of paying too much for food in Aspen and the area, go to Polanka. The stuffed cabbage is fantastic. There was a little bit of a wait, but well worth it. Did I mention the Pierogis!

The food here is prepared by the owner and is truly home made Polish. From the pierogies to stuffed cabbage, sausage and sauerkraut, it was all very good. I noticed one of the local patrons eating some Borscht, which was not on the menu. I asked the owner about it and she said she always has some. She then fixed... More

Polanka is an order-at-the counter type restaurant with about 6 tables. Tell them what you want and they will get to cooking it. You can pick it up in about 10 minutes. Buss your own table. Polish food (10 different ways to cook potatoes) is starchy but varied. I recommend you get the combination dinner plate because it lets you... More

This was a highlight of my visit to Glenwood Springs! The place does not look like much. There was utter chaos behind the counter and in the kitchen. None of that matters, because the food was incomparable! I had a sampler platter, and each item was better than the previous one! You'd think "sausage is just sausage." **NO!** Polanka's sausage...
