Good grass fed burgers

Talk about farm to table... The beef you are about to eat comes from 12 miles down the road. Good tasting, fresh meat. (And a pretty extensive beer menu!)

I had the Slopper burger. Chili cheese sauce. It was great. Also had the apples/pears and dulce de leche sauce. Also great. I have been surprised that this area, in a state known for great beer, has so few bars with any selection! Grind has a great selection. Trivia on Tuesdays!

Although this was very casual dining with a sports bar feel, the food and selection of local micro-brews and beverages was excellent. The "grind" allows a variety of meats, spices and other tasty ingredients and is cooked to perfection. The fries are those that you can eat and feel the pounds coming on, but they are great. Fun place for... More

My wife and I were looking for an inexpensive burger joint. This was not the place. $8.50 just for the burger, and that doesn't come with any sides. I got the special of the day, and was expecting a burger with tons of onions and mushrooms, and dripping with the house sauce. I was wrong. It was dry, barely had... More

I'd heard that this place was great & will say that the food was pretty good but the TV was blaring and the atmosphere was pretty hospital like… not going back, Chili's burgers are better and less expensive.

Patty Melt with fresh cut fries are to die for!! This is real meat cooked fresh! Very busy and everyone was hustling. Good came out prompt and service with a smile. I loved the manager/owner...he jumped in to help everywhere and was very friendly. Priced well and the shakes were amazing according to my 12 year old! We will be... More

Excellent burgers and fresh cut french fries! They are on their third location in Glenwood Springs but this one is the largest and the nicest by far. Good selection of beers on tap and a wide variety of menu items.

They had a good drink selection. I ordered a burger that had onions, smoked provolone, and bacon. I got the regular burger. It was very greasy. Not worth the wait at all. My husband had a chicken burger that he said was just ok. He got fries and they were very burnt. No one came to ask how the food... More

I visited six times, hoping this restaurant would be tweaked and improved. The first time I had to instruct the bartender on how to compose a proper martini. A forgiveable offense. Had my 6th visit today, hoping this place has improved, and it doesn't look like its happening. The service is always slow. The restaurant was half- all, the beer is... More

The burgers are great but the onion rings, and fried mushrooms are really greasy to eat and out of the 4 times I have been here the onion rings and fried mushrooms were overdone 3 out of the 4 times. I recommend the SXSW burger, it is a wonderful bison burger. They do have a good selection of beers on... More

So glad you like your burger!!! Sorry about the miss on the rings. Please be sure to check out our new snack menu. There is a lot more to choose from on the less greasy end. Cheers Mike More
