Good but could be Better

The food was good with some unusual options but portions could have been larger and the ground chicken texture didn't quite work. But if you're looking for a burger with a twist and you're not that hungry, you would probably enjoy the place. The teens who were with us couldn't keep their eyes off... read more

We stopped 2 weeks ago for lunch. I would not say it was a bad burger, just nothing to write home about. The fries were very thin and hardly warm. No silverware on the table, ketchup bottle drained, salt and pepper only 1/3 filled. No one came to check on our meal. The dining room floor was littered and chairs... More

Slightly above average burgers, fries were basically burnt. Good selection of beer. Very friendly staff and quick service.

We really liked the grand in their previous location, and hoped to have a good experience at the new place, but that wasn't the case. Our meals were mediocre, and not "hot off the grill," and the wait staff seemed completely uninterested.

We had burgers after a morning of white water rafting - the food was delicious and the service was wonderful! They even have options for vegetarians, which was a nice option! Their burgers are very innovative and the most delicious we have had in a long time!

We were a little disappointed. Greasy burgers, fries, and onion rings. Our food took awhile and orders weren't quite right. My son loves barbecue, but didn't like either of their sauces.

Friendly staff and manager. The food was amazing and very affordable. All eight people in our group (4 children and 4 adults) made "happy" plates. I highly recommend The Grind.

It was ok burger place. My wife had the Sultan and complained it was very dry. I had the Richie and I thought it was dry also. Mushrooms had alot of excessive batter on them. Though i must admit i thought the breading was very good. Just way to much. Fries were good.

We always try to find the "off the beaten path" type place to eat when traveling. The burgers were amazing. We all got the grass fed burger meat and was with the extra $1. You can get a great 1/4 to 1/2 lb between 6 - 10 bucks. The atmosphere was really eclectic and the server was helpful and fun.... More

Locally raised, grass-fed beef. Best burger I've had in a long time. We're in town for two days, and plan to go back tomorrow. It was THAT good. Fries were also great, onion rings, however, not my favorite. Great beer selection. Went for dinner; I understand that lunch is counter service. Either way, great food.

Thank you so much for the great review!!!! We are so glad you enjoyed the grass fed beef from Carbondale. The guys at Crystal River Meats have amazing beef. See you next time, Mike More

Thank you for the nice review!!! All of our grinds are 1/4 lb but we do offer to add a patty to make it 1/2 lb :) Some people even go for a triple. We do that so you can match your burger to your appetite. Next time you come in just bump up the GRIND. Cheers Mike More
