Dinner was fabulous. Atmosphere is really neat and modern yet warm..Food was amazing, especially my duck carbonara pasta and my husband's fish dish. Very friendly attentive service and good prices, including for wine.

The menu selection rivals that of some great restaurants in Denver. Great beer selection, too. Nice interior and relaxed atmosphere.

We walked in for lunch on our day trip to Glenwood. We thought it looked promising from the outside. We were wowed! Not a pretentious place, but a place for good food and its all geared for that. The menu had so many things I wanted to try, but I went with the burger and my husband had the cheese... More

The food was soooo good. I could not stop thinking of my meal for days. If I ever find myself in Glenwood Springs again, I will be dining at The Pullman.

Let's face it, the dining scene in Glenwood is a bit limited. It just got better! Service is great. Food is outstanding (try the duck nuggets!) Good cocktails and beer selections. Welcome to Glenwood!

This is a fairly new restaurant so I wasn't sure what I was getting into. I am glad I took the time to find a parking spot and go in! Everything on the menu looked good. I had the roast beef sandwich which was HUGE. The beef was very tender, good taste and came on bread they baked that day.... More

I am enthusiastic to recommend this restaurant. We were staying in Aspen and some old friends were staying in Vail so we picked a mid -point to meet for dinner. While reviews of The Pullman were very good several mentioned pork rinds and that turned me off. But a concierge at our hotel said that hands down The Pullman was(in... More

Dined here with my wife and daughter during a stay in Glenwood Springs. Everything from the food to the service was exceptional. We started with appetizers of pork rinds, pickled deviled eggs, and oysters on the half shell. The pork rinds were to die for. Fried in house and drizzled with a truffle oil that filled our table with that... More

I went to The Pullman while in Glenwood Springs. It has a pretty modern vibe, and contemporary menu without being wacky. I was flying solo and ate at the bar. I had a pork belly appetizer that was tasty and mac and cheese that was awesome. Being a dessert freak I had to try rice pudding empanadas with dulce de... More

After a couple of days skiing in Snowmass, my wife (Cheryl) and I wanted a day to recover. We went to Glenwood Hot Springs to refresh our tired legs. They recommended The Pullman. We were not expecting much but we were soon pleasantly surprised. Cheryl ordered the duck meatloaf with sunflower seed & kale risotto, black garlic gastrique, crispy shitakes.... More
