Wow!

What a great find. Being alone I didn't want a table. I sat at the bar and was served by Kelly, a whirling dervish of a bartender who recommended the special, rabbit gnocchi. This was a dish that can compete with any restaurant anywhere; the sauce was rich and complex. The rabbit was perfectly... read more

Great smoked trout appetizer with fingerling potatoes. Scallop entrée with polenta and asparagus was outstanding as well. The eggplant cannelloni was flavorless with a bland tomato puree sauce which had a harsh aftertaste(like canned tomato paste). Do not order this dish

We have had several people tell us how much they liked this restaurant so we had to go there. We may have just got there on an off night be we didn't find the food or the service to be great. A very average meal.

The food was excellent, the service was fantastic! Perrogies and the pork shoulder were the top picks. Fun place to have dinner!

The food was terrific and the staff was extremely friendly. My daughter is considering moving to Glenwood to work in the hospitality industry and she was so warmly accepted by the wait staff. The Moscow Mule was amazing too!

My friend and I were in Glenwood Springs for the weekend. We stumbled upon the Pullman and had an amazing dinner. We were so impressed with our waiter Gordon who clearly loved his job and took such pride in knowing the menu and delivering amazing service. We started with some fresh oysters that melted in our mouths. I had the... More

We chose this restaurant based on a mention on trip advisor. It was excellent - the best meal of our trip - from the bread and salad to the entrees and dessert. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food served. Very pleased. We will return!

We stopped here for lunch on our way back to Denver from the Utah canyons. Lovely space, comfortable and friendly, and our waiter was helpful and engaging. But I'm sad to say that everything we ate was out-of-balance: either too much [as in the soup], or not enough [as in the philly sandwich, and the carrot cake]. Everything tasted like... More
