Great Food, Nice atmosphere.

The food here is outstanding and the atmosphere is a cool casual look. The sandwiches, salads and perogies were awesome. Mac and cheese was so-so.

I had lunch at the Pullman last week. It is an interesting restaurant to say the least. If you read the "good" reviews you will think it is great. If you read the "bad" reviews you will think it is terrible. This is a "shishi" kind of restaurant that some will like and others will not. If you are looking... More

Great service (David was our server) is a must for me to be truly satisfied with a meal out,I was not disappointed. Their menu is simple yet elegant and innovative; the food is plated well, aesthetically pleasing and delicious!

The menu wasn't huge but had a nice variety and had something for everyone from vegetarian dishes to pasta, to steak. I had the mushroom boulignase which was quite tasty and very filling. My husband had the pierogi which was seriously great. My daughter had a vegetarian stew which had a good broth and a tone of perfectly cooked vegetables.... More

This is the kind of restaurant our family really enjoys--creative menu, small plates, and creative cocktails. We were excited right when we walked in with the decor and more excited when we saw the menu. The service was fine, though the server seemed a bit peeved our kids were there (even though they're very adventurous and usually order off the... More

Beautiful town and great, very cool resturant. Good wine list with great Colorado wines that were not impacted by the stemless glasses. We had a delicious pork shoulder sandwich and a salad that were big enough to share. Our waitperson, Kirby, was great.

Although we live on the Northern Front Range, we will still drive 4 hours to Glenwood Springs to eat at The Pullman. Always something new to try, everything we've had was superb. One of our favorite dishes was Roasted Pork Belly with Cherries on Grits Risotto.

bigislandgrrl, The pork belly is one of my favorites as well. I am glad you make the trip up to visit us. If the craving is too great, and you can't make the trip, try harman's in cherry creek. Not the same as us, but is a pretty sibling restaurant. dine with delight, rick the pullman More

My daughter and I were on our way to Palisades CO. We stopped in around dinner hour. We didn't have a reservation, but found a spot at the bar. It has a great open atmosphere and it was busy. We ordered the peas and fennel salad to split and the Colorado bass. As we ate we kept saying this is... More

On a weekend vacation to Glenwood Springs we stopped in here for drinks and light bites. The atmosphere is really cool, the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. We just sat up at the bar and chatted with the bartender and she made it a great experience.
