This one is off the beaten path. We actually made a point of trying to go to the Grind, but it was closed on Sunday, so asked a local store and they recommended the Pullman. This was a great choice - friendly staff, attentive waiters, and good food. I had the Pulled Pork sandwich, daughter had French Toast and my... More

Excellent food...fresh and upscale. Perfect service...attention to detail and easily modified for our dairy-allergy daughter. Hubby and I both had the "special" coconut curry carrot soup -- really tasty! -- and salads (steak for him and gnocchi/mushroom for me). Fine dining that was very family friendly.

We had a wonderful waitress. I believe her name was Jen. She was helpful and friendly. We had mussles, homemade kimchi, steak salad and 2 outrageous desserts. Really enjoyed our visit.

Beautiful food, perfectly proportioned and prepared with skill and.vision. My compliments to the front and back of the house, you dance the dance. Dessert was well thought out and executed with flair. Overall, a great meal, great service and great price. Take the time to explore the art, again perfect.

We stopped here for a dinner break after a long day's road trip, and were so glad we did. The pork belly and cheesy grits were just as good as everyone else has said. The burger was amazing, as was the bun it was served on. We had fried pork rinds for an appetizer, and I thought they were a... More

For those who appreciate good food, this is the best restaurant in Glenwood Springs! It is such a special treat that we always save it for our last meal in Glenwood or for special occasions, like birthdays. For our past visit, we shared a salad with butternut squash and goat cheese that was very unique and delicious. We also shared... More

Well-- we should have known that the prices were a little over the top when we caught the very heavy scent of truffle oil as we entered. They do use fresh ingredients and there were nice touches such as a homemade pickle (piece) to go with the burger. The burger was quite flavorful, and the salad was fresh and pretty... More

Good foods like their chips and blue cheese dip, truffled house made pork rinds, beet/orange/arugula salad, great squash soup. Husband's dish of their scallop entree special was TOO SMALL - two sea scallops. Good service despite really packed restaurant.

This restaurant was charming and the food was unusual and very good. Located across from the Amtrak station on a nice street in a lovely town.

My wife and I were in Glenwood Springs for dinner this weekend and saw the reviews for The Pullman and their chips with blue cheese dip. Excellent choice. They also have a host of brews on tap that are all from Colorado. The menu is not your ordinary fare at all. Our waiter, Marshall, came to take our order and... More
