Listen to Emilee's recommendations!

Loved this place! The small plates are good. The gnocchi tots with blue cheese crema are great! Don't miss the pickled deviled eggs too!

Went to lunch and we ordered three items to get a sampling. Each was wonderful with layered flavors. I was treated to lunch here by a local who thinks this is a great place to eat and I agree. Would love to eat here again and our server was extremely attentive and knew the flavors and spicing and explained them... More

Excellent meal and cocktails, a great waiter who knew a lot about the area! It was nice to sit outside on a warm April evening.

Tanya B, I am fortunate to have the staff I have. Most of them grew up here, and the others headed here because it is such a fun place. This April has been crazy beautiful. Let's just hope for a wet summer to keep the rivers flowing. rick the pullman More

We had dinner here and weren't really impressed. It is as if the place is trying to be something that it is not. Loud and open, it is as if it is a restaurant trying to be a sports bar trying to be a family restaurant. Don't take my word for it, I'm one of the 99 that have rated... More

This place is incredible. We stopped in Glenwood Springs, CO for lunch and just happened on The Pullman. Based on the crowd, it is not a secret. Pierogis in a unique brown sauce, fresh local radish salad, gnocchi tots in blue cheese crema, many pork back options... and the best Rueben I have ever tasted

According to Google’s definition, a Pullman is “a railroad car affording special comfort, especially one with sleeping berths”. Well, this one is not a railroad car, but it’s affording special comfort & great food. It does not have sleeping berths either, but instead offers large open floor plan with high ceilings and a wonderful mascot copper pig (see photo) I’m... More

During a recent stay in Glenwood Springs, we dined at the Pullman and were surprised by the interesting menu and the quality of the food. We started with an appetizer of Kimchi and roasted peanuts, a dish I had never seen before. It was excellent, particularly since the kimchi was freshly made and fermented on the premises and was delightfully... More

We dropped in for dinner. Staff are attentive and the food was tasty and interesting. We ordered sake steamed clams topped with pork belly. Also the pistachio encrusted goat cheese on a bed of radish , pea sprouts, and arugula. Enjoyed all of it, and tasted some new things, pork belly and watermelon radish. We saw a few hamburger type... Great dining experience! Our waiter was excellent and his suggestions were right on! The Pierogi dish was out of this world as well as the fennel with bacon and brussel sprouts! I wish I could remember his name but he was from Grand Junction Colorado. Oh and we had more small plates that were so delish we were speechless! You... More
