I got the pan roasted salmon for dinner, which was good, but it was one of only a couple things I would even consider on the menu. I don't really know how to describe it, but they have a lot of "unique" dishes and ingredients. You may love it if that's your thing. I also am not really impressed with... More

This is one of the top rated restaurants in Glenwood SPrings. I took my brother and his wife there for dinner recently as they had never been there. It's down by the river, very nice location. Service was first class and the drinks were good too. I thought the food was very good. My brothers wife had one of the... More

This was my favorite dinner on a ten-day trip to Colorado. The staff is friendly and accommodating at this bustling place, and the food is delicious. I enjoyed perfectly grilled Colorado bass served over a tasty and satisfying mixture of ingredients I couldn't identify but which I thoroughly enjoyed.

I love their sister restaurant in Carbondale, Phat Thai. I tried to love this place but found it quite average. Service was good, not great. Food was average, not above average. But the place was packed so there must be something going on there. I just haven't found it yet.

We have eaten here before, and keep going back each time we visit Glenwood Springs. Not a fancy place, a bit noisy, but such a friendly staff and interesting menu. We always have good food, served hot. The salads are especially good and so fresh!

We ate here twice, the food is what you would expect in a modern American restaurant, but with added style . I cannot now remember what I ate but I can remember that it looked and tasted delicious. Recommended.

This restaurant had good reviews. And the photo of the lamb shoulder was very enticing. So we made a reservation and were there before the big rush for a Friday night began. The hostess was pleasant and efficient. When seated, Kirby came by to say she'd be waiting on us and asked if we wished drinks. Wine was ordered and... More

karazach, I am sorry you didn't enjoy our meal here. The lamb shoulder was a delicious dish. Unfortunately since we source as much as we can locally, we have to change our menu frequently, as supply can be limited. Kirby is one of our best at finding away around dietary limitations, and creating a great experience. I might suggest that... More

Way too overpriced for what it is. The steak was not cooked right, the monk fish special was expensive and not great, and to top it off a cup of soup is $9. I've been here a few times and I would say try it for lunch, but don't waste money for dinner. Sorry Pullman's. Thumbs down...

There is nothing to dislike about the Pullman. The food is delicious and inventive, fit for foodies or families. The menu changes often so check out the additions with small plates so you can sample everything. Drinks are delicious and often include locally distilled spirits and fresh ingredients. Service is excellent.

We celebrated my birthday there after reviewing the restaurant's menu. Many very unique offerings such as my Olathe Sweet Corn Float. Delicious specials included the Soup, Heirloom Tomato Salad and Tempura Shrimp. Excellent service. Prices fairly reasonable considering the gourmet dishes.
