Table for nine? No problem

Great little restaurant. Dropped in for lunch; had the pork rinds in truffle oil and the Pilsner clams with Keilbasa. The pork was light and fluffy and full of flavour, the clams were amazing. Service was good and friendly/cheerful. Recommend.

Had a very enjoyable dinner here. We sat outside on a warm summer evening which was just delightful. I'm sad to see a couple poor reviews as our experience was very good. It takes a team effort to run a quality restaurant and one rude person can ruin it for a guest. Thankfully everyone was very nice to us. Our... More

We got to The Pullman at 4:30 p.m. And the place was empty. Things got off to a poor start when the young man at the door inquired if we had a reservation. When we replied no he himmed and hawed like we were an inconvenience. At this hoity-toity attitude we should have turned around and headed elsewhere. I ordered... More

Wow this place is amazing. Great atmosphere. Modern and upscale. Our waiter was so nice and accommodating, especially to two of our group that didn't have much exposure to this quality of dining. The kids loved their menu. Very adventurous chef with a great twist on preparation. I would order the most unusual thing and ask the wait staff for... More

The 6 of us (family) had a very pleasant experience here. We had very good staff and the menu was affordable and original. Salads and deserts were really good.

We ate dinner at Pullman. We didn't have reservations but were seated without a wait. We started with the tomato/plum salad and ham/pea soup. Nice presentation for the salads. Both were good. For our mains we ordered the pork steak, vegetable stew and beef. Pork and stew were good. The beef was not. I don't usually send food back but... More

By far the trendiest, coolest place in glenwood. I was shocked at how great and original the food was, how the atmosphere was the right amount of trend for the area, and the beer selection was wonderful!. great service. great location. we sat on the patio for hours ordering more food!

We had the BBQ Salmon and it was delicious. The raspberry martini was very tasty as well. We'll be back.

Varied menu offers good selection for a variety of taste levels and dietary preferences. Contemporary urban feel which seemed a cut above the other touristy offerings in this high traffic area of "downtown" Glenwood Springs. Service was just okay, but could've been an off night for our server, and the food more than made up for the misses. Excellent beers... More

The food is worth the wait, but if you have a three year old with you, keep walking. Best to make a reservation. The atmosphere is noisy, so if you are looking for a quiet, romantic dinner, look elsewhere. Otherwise the FOOD is amazing. We chose dishes from all courses. Don't miss a thing. Share a few dishes in order... More
