great food - really pricy

Kudos to Jon who was our waiter and really took the time to explain the menu to us. When we walked in, we weren't too sure about it, as the menu is a bit different. So after some discussions we finally decided on our food. And even with the rather pricy outcome (two meals, two drinks (pop... read more

Knowing Valentines day would be busy, we arrived at opening hoping to se ttle for a seat at the bar to eat. We were amazed that they had one table open for us!!!!!!! BONUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Some how we lucked out getting Kirby as a server. Charming, friendly and so helpful with a great knowledge of the menu and ingrediants within. Whenever... More

I have eaten here for lunch three times now, and have been impressed by everything on my plate each time. The roasted butternut salad and blistered shishito peppers are great places to start the meal, and the Pullman also offers a good variety of creative cocktails and an ever-changing selection of interesting beer. For my meal, I've tried the pierogies,... More

The Pullman is always busy with lines...not so much for a February weeknight. The menu is very weird for someone who really just wanted a dinner meal like trout almandine with a salad and baked potato. Instead the menu listed brown butter steelhead trout/ brandade, roasted cauliflower, pomegranate molasses 20. I had a grass fed burger with fries 13 and... More

Went here with my colleague and we ordered about 5 appetizers instead of a "regular" meal. The food was well prepared and the wait staff very friendly and accomodating.

a2553151, I love to "graze" off the small plates, it let's me know what flavor profile a restaurant has in its arsenal. I am glad you enjoyed your visit. dine well, rick the pullman More

My meal was excellent. I had the shoulder filet and butternut salad. Really great and fair prices as well. I like the Art Deco meets rustic/industrial vibe. Didn't feel like it should be a restaurant in Glenwood Springs. It was nice to have good space between tables so the noise level was not at all an issue. The only thing... More

We loved eating here. Not only did they find a way to squeeze us in (even though we didn't have reservations, which I recommend you make!) but our server also had really great recommendations on food and wine.

Our group of 3 visited the Pullman recently on our yearly stop-over in Glenwood Springs on the way to Aspen. This was our second visit and everything was delicious. One problem we did have was the lack of menu choices that could be prepared without garlic. My husband has a garlic allergy, so this is often a problem. However, the... More

OnLineBargainHunter, I am sorry we messed up in the first place. Truth be told, I think where a restaurant shows it worth is how/if it can turn a bad situation into a positive one. Shoot us an email/call before your next visit and we will try to have some more garlic free options. Thanks for your patience, rick the pullman More

Glenwood Springs has a lot of great bars and restaurants downtown for a small town. One of the best is The Pullman. Great beer and wine selection. Nice atmosphere with a wide open dining room and a casual atmosphere. The food is obviously the best part. The appetizers are unique and taste outstanding. Bacon pickled deviled eggs and duck nuggets... More
