We like to eat at "diners" as we enjoy the different atmospheres and usually the food is quite good. So we went in a positive mood and with at least average expectations for dinner....definitely a "hole in the wall" type of place and we were surprised to see the prices as high as they were ($9+ range for sandwich inc,using... My wife is ridiculously picky about her eggs, but she was beyond happy with her eggs over medium. The pancakes are the best tasting I've ever had as well! My wife wasn't a fan of the biscuits and gravy. The waitress said people either love them or don't. If you want sausage gravy, skip the gravy here. But there's more... More

Met cousins here for breakfast as we traveled through. It was a great breakfast menu & the prices were right. Had eggs and potatoes. Real potato hash browns, not something you often find. So busy they tucked us back in the bar area, sort of forgotten about. Glad they pick this place to meet us.

we ate here on a family trip. the food is down home cooking. I had the French dip and my mom had the open faxed sandwich. both were really good and filling. food came out fast and was well priced for the amount of food you get. the only negative is that the server never smiled or was overly friendly.

It was good food that was affordable. I loved the comfort of the diner. Service was great and we were so glad we chose to stop there!

When I hear diner, I think milkshakes and burgers and furmica countertops and you get that and more. There are things on the menu that you just don't see much anymore, like liver and onions and pot roast and patty melts. The malted milkshake is a meal in itself!

This is by far one of the best restaurants and bars in Glenwood Springs. I loved their breakfast. We went back that night to meet friends for $5 margaritas, they were quite tasty. Service was also great in the restaurant and bar and food wasn't greasy.

We like to eat at the local restaurants in cities we visit. I saw this place listed about everywhere I looked online and in the Glenwood Springs visitor site and hard copy visitor's guide. We had breakfast there and found the place not as clean as you would hope with spilled syrup on the table. The coffee was more water... More

We stopped here for a beer and I was hungry so we got some potato skins. Boy were they good. We ate dinner one night also. My husband had a steak sandwich and I had a turkey sandwich and both were very tasty. Get the steak fries, much better than the regular ones. They give you your monies worth -... More
