Nice friendly service

We stopped to have lunch after we went on the near by tram. We were able to sit right away and they were very patient with our tired grumpy little group of kids. The food was pretty good but the service was the best. Our waitress, actually all of the ladies in the restaurant were super helpful. I... read more

Casual food in a casual setting. Something on the menu for everyone. The burgers were overcooked, but the fish & chips were good

My wife, grandson and I stopped here after a full day of hiking the Maroon Bells area. We were seated and our drink order was taken immediately. The waitress was very pleasant and helpful. I ordered the Super Deluxe Burrito with shredded beef and red and green chili, my wife ordered the cheeseburger on a brioche bun with a salad.... More

Walks like a diner, quacks like a diner, looks like a diner--it must be a DINER! A very "diner" experience, whatever that means. Basic, good, plentiful food. A selection of special signature dishes. Killer Bloody Marys with a nice kick and a giant celery stick--at least 2 servings of veg in this! Love their breakfast menu most of all.

I have always had a special place in my heart for this little spot! Breakfast was delicious and it brought me back to the many years we ate here as a kid. it is small and can be a wait to get seated but be patient. No it's not the Ritz but that's not why you come. Keep the food... More

Every place my boyfriend and I visited in glenwood was pleasant, except this place. We were sat 20 minutes after walking in as well as two other families. They all got menus and drinks right away as we had to ask for ours. 15Minutes after being sat down we finally got our water. 35Mins prior to that we finally got... More

I'm so sorry to hear of this. It is not our practice to overlook any table and I will do what I have to do to resolve this problem so it doesn't happen again. May I ask what date and time you were here and who your server might have been? We have been a part of the Glenwood Springs... More

Has that classic diner feel, and classic diner waitresses. not in a campy way, but in a realistic diner kind of way. the food was cheap, but good. Food was good, service was fast and good. If you are looking for a diner, with diner food, this is a diner.

Even though I sat down immediately it took my Server over 20 minutes to get to me-there are ten tables and counter seating- I have now been here over an hour- the food is good, maybe one more server on the weekends?- I finished half my burrito before she brought the tobasco and my biscuit. The food was great the... More

First went to a top rated breakfast place downtown but were told it would be about an hour wait (on a Tuesday). Turned out to be a good thing - did some more looking and found 19th Street. It was exactly what we wanted - a good breakfast at a reasonable price, and we were seated immediately. Between us we... More

I dined here recently with my two small kids, we were vacationing and had a screw get in a tire so I had to get it patched at a nearby establishment and they recommended the 19th Street Diner for breakfast while we waited. This is a diner through and through, they have several well-sized booths and dining tables but my... More
