Great Food

The food and service was great here. Very pleased, the only thing I was disappointed in was the margaritas. I ordered frozen and it was in no way frozen. It was liquid with crushed ice instead of regular they would use for on the rocks.

The cheese had a funny taste, and the oils from the cheese had soaked the plate. Not much to say about the beans and rice.

After a long day of hiking, we went in search of good food and drink. We consulted Siri and were directed to Fiesta Guadalajara. Food, drink and service were all excellent. Appreciated the clean, bright décor of the restaurant.

This is the best Mexican food I have ever had. And I'm from Texas where there are thousands of Mexican food joints. This little café has a sauce that the bring before you order that is cabbage, cilantro and other ingredients that is wonderful. We liked this place so well we ate there twice in the four days we were... More

Very good food, great drinks, fair price. Left stuffed with left overs. Much better the "other" Mexican restaurant on the main strip. This one is a little hidden....but very worth the find!

The food was fresh, authentic. Some previous reviews mentioned the poor service, but we found it pleasant, on time and helpful. Carnitas Platter was a hit, as we're the Beef Enchiladas. The salsas were fresh and spicy. Coming up from Denver, we weren't sure what to expect, but it was better than most we are used to in Denver.

My husband and I have eaten here in the past and it was pretty decent. This time, I was very disappointed. My sister and I ordered the featured margarita and it was so strong, it was nasty. The waiter hovered and actually asked us at one time if we didn't drink alcohol. Obviously looking for a bigger ticket for a... More

My sister and I had dinner on a weeknight. Chips and Sasha and salsa were very good. I had the chili rellanos plate. The flavor was good, quite a bit of cheese. They did not come smothered with chili, as that is what I am used to. I asked for green chili, but did not receive it. Our waiter had... More

Despite not being super busy on a week night it took a LONG time to get drinks and our food. The food was great though it came with a couple of misses. They kept the tasty baskets of chips and salsa coming though. But the pitchers of margaritas were watery. I'd recommend but lower your expectations for service or be... More

We ate about 8:00 PM on a weekday, and while the restaurant was not busy it still took about 35 minutes to get our food. From the sounds of the noises coming from the kitchen, the staff was more focused on laughing and having a good time than doing their job. This became even more apparent when our food finally...
