We came here on a whim since it was super close to our hotel. I had the carnitas tacos and my husband had a burrito and both of our dishes were really good and huge portions. The drinks however, could use some work. WAAAAAY too much triple sec in the margs, like it was all I could taste, and it... More

We visit Glenwood from Denver two or three times a year, so we have tried several of the restaurants. We are so glad that the town has more to recommend ,now, than just steak, chops etc. every visit we go to Fiesta Guadalajara at least once. The food is not Southwestern/Mexican, it is Mexican, with dishes like grilled shrimp in... More

My husband, nephew and I enjoyed dinner at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive. We ordered pork burrito, shrimp fajitas, and shredded beef taco salad. The portions were large and the food fabulous. Don't miss this restaurant!

Excellent food and margaritas at great price. Wanted a fish dish but didn't care for one on menu and waiter brought a whole tilapia roasted and smothered in shrimp tomato sauce! Delicious. We used a coupon and got 2nd entree half price.

We absolutely LOVE this place and I've celebrated my last six birthdays here! Love their chips, salsa and slaw, and the queso fundido is especially good. Every item I've ever tried is delicious...enchiladas, taco salad, fiesta enchilada, steak, etc... My mom loves their grilled vegetable enchiladas. We always finish our plates and/or bring home our leftovers! Prices are good for... More

Decent food, typical Mexican fair. Friendly service, walking distance from hotel. Had a coupon so that helped with price. Food was hot and tasty. Would go back, but too many other choices in GS to go again

Fiesta Guadalajara is a similar to Mexican restaurants all over the country, and the decor also is pretty average. The difference is in the menu. Even though the dishes have the same names, the ones we had were made with a twist: different spices, different styles of accompaniments. If you aren't a fan of this style of food, Fiesta Guadalajara... More

Delicious Mexican food. Yes the atmosphere feels like a big chain restaurant but once your meal is served it is authentic Mexican food. Generous portions, delicious rice and beans and great service.

The service was great. Our glasses were never empty. Food came out very fast. Seemed very bland and not the highest of quality. Prices were a bit higher than a fast food restaurant. I could have gone for Del Taco.

This restaurant is a gem! It's tucked back on Pine Street, next to Hotel Colorado, and is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Glenwood Springs. Get seated, and start with crisp tortilla chips homemade spicy salsa, accompanied with their unique cilantro/jalapeno cole slaw salsa--yum!. The weekday lunch menu features a variety of entree combinations--enchiladas, tacos, tostados, chile rellenoes, chimichangas, with rice... More
