Avoid this restaurant if you can. There is a much better Mexican restaurant in Carbondale. This was a typical Mexican menu that was very mediocre. Service was not great either, especially, once they realized we were not very pleased with our dishes. It was also packed and extremely noisy, margaritas were average.

Good food at a good price. Fast, friendly service. There chips and slaw are fantastic! Will go back next time we are in Glenwood.

We found this to be quaint and authentic. I had the taco carnitas which were excellent; topped off with homemade salsa. The service was very friendly and quick. Nice meal to satisfy our Mexican food cravings.

Food was "ok" but nothing special - we have been to much better Mexican restaurants elsewhere. Service was not unreasonable, but then the place was not that full - perhaps that should have told us something.

We were disappointed in that place. First of all, the food took forever to come. Granted, there were four of us and we all ordered different things, but we were pretty close to leaving and going somewhere else when the food showed up. And no, it wasn't busy at the time - we were pretty much in between breakfast and... More

We had been traveling for a few days and I needed my weekly Mexican food fix. This place met my needs. Good service and good food. Everyone in our group agreed.

Worst Mexican food I ever tasted in my life! The fajitas were marinated in a awful red sauce and tasted like something that came out of a package. Drenched in so much butter on top of that. The rice and refried beans tasted bland and dry. Salsa is tomato sauce with huge chunks of onion and cilantro. Blah! The prices... More

We came here on a whim since it was super close to our hotel. I had the carnitas tacos and my husband had a burrito and both of our dishes were really good and huge portions. The drinks however, could use some work. WAAAAAY too much triple sec in the margs, like it was all I could taste, and it... More

We visit Glenwood from Denver two or three times a year, so we have tried several of the restaurants. We are so glad that the town has more to recommend ,now, than just steak, chops etc. every visit we go to Fiesta Guadalajara at least once. The food is not Southwestern/Mexican, it is Mexican, with dishes like grilled shrimp in... More

My husband, nephew and I enjoyed dinner at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive. We ordered pork burrito, shrimp fajitas, and shredded beef taco salad. The portions were large and the food fabulous. Don't miss this restaurant!
