Went for an early lunch and had an okay meal - nothing special. The restaurant looks good and was just what I expected from a diner, lots of interesting things to look at on the walls. The server was polite but a little odd - she sat down at the table to take the order which I don't think is... More

Vintage décor in 50s style, very friendly staff that seems to have fun working, good food and drinks (above average quality but also prices).

Haven't been to Gunther Toody's for years (we live in Northern Colorado now). Howver, on a recent visit we looked across the street from our hotel and there it was. So we had Sunday breakfast and it was a blast from the past. Fifties music gaily playing in the background, waitresses with tons of diner style buttons on their uniforms,... More

Classic diner style with classic diner fare. Guaranteed not to disappoint. Wait staff is exceptional, atmosphere is fun and authentic and the food is great.

Latest visit was great. We've been there dozens of times. Fun staff, good food, great old rock 'n' roll music, lots of stainless steel, along with a gutted Corvette hanging over the bar and a vintage motorcycles on the partition for that drive-in atmosphere. It's exactly what you should expect: diner food, good portions, well-prepared with cheeky, fun wait staff.... More

This location has a very large parking lot which is nice. Menu is predominantly hamburgers which are very good. Good family place with waiters and waitresses paying extra attention to kids. The malt ice cream shakes are delicious and can easily be shared among two if you can agree on the flavor. Lots of 1950 and 1960 decorations. Good food... More

We went here for lunch the day after our wedding with the few out-of-town guests who were flying out that afternoon. It was great for 6 of us to be able to sit in a booth together. The food was original and delicious. The 50's theme makes it so much fun to just sit and look around. We were all... More

I prefer Denny's, Villiage Inn, Waffle House, IHOP but Gunther's is in that ball park.
