On a fishing vacation, stayed in Frisco. Looking for something different and Carlos Miguel's was highly recommended. "They were right." Nice atmosphere, bar, tables, etc. Staff was very attentive, nice people. Food was excellent. Had dish with chicken and artichoke hearts; interesting, tasty. Particularly nice to have some bean dip with the standard chips and salsa (spicy!) What more can... More

We always stop here each time we are in Frisco. We have always found the food and service to be wonderful. The menu is updated with many new, excellent additions!

I don't profess to know what authentic Mexican food is, as this review will prove. However, I love "Mexican" food and am willing to try any new restaurant that I see. I had seen this place a few times while out for a quick work/lunch break and finally decided to give it a try. As is common in today's Americanized... More

Very good food. Service was a little less than stellar. They weren't very busy when we first got there and the staff was a little slow to respond to those customers who were there. The food was good. The portion size was very large and was more than we could eat. We could have shared one entree and been fine.

We have eaten here several times over the past 5 years during vacation visits to Colorado. This time we met our good friends from Denver that originally recommended this restaurant. It's great to see they consistently serve very good Mexican food in a relaxed environment. The friendly staff provide excellent service and my favorite menu item of Enchiladas Suizas is... More

We were a bit sceptical about Mexican food in a lodge style setting, but if you are passing through town you simply have to stop here. We were greeted with a table full of fresh made tortilla chips, fresh refried beans, two kind of fresh made salsa and an iron skillet of hot melted white queso with peppers. We never... More

I know this is a chain restrauant but the Frisco location is great. Really good Mexician food that is a little different from normal Tex Mex. Plus, this location is one of the few restrauant's in this ski area that can accommodate a large party. Also, the table side guacamole is some of the best I have ever had. And,... More

Food was good service was excellent and loved the Margarita’s. The menu had some interesting choices rather than being the traditional Mexican fare.

The menu offers authentic Mexican food, but it was only average. The service was slow. We had to ask for water several times before we actually received it. My husband ordered the chile verde burrito & it was supposed to be smothered in green sauce. It wasn't. I would recommend asking for extra sauce if you order this dish.

Met our needs after a ski day. Standard mexican fair. Pleasant atmosphere. Kids liked their cheese enchiladas. The chimi could have been hotter and was a little dry. Would have benefitted from more sauce. Beer was served in a chilled glass the way I like it. $30/3 people.
