Great Bar Food and Drinks!

We have eaten in the "saloon" at Blue Spruce a couple of times and have thoroughly enjoyed it both times. The Saloon "Bar" has a cool history behind it, which I love... and they have a great Happy Hour - All Night - Drinks 1/2 price and Apps for $3 off. They also have an awesome bar menu with... read more

We ate here this evening. It's obvious that they have a great deal of long time customers and a dependable menu. But the menu and the restaurant are showing it's age. Let me start with our service was great. Our server was nice, attentive and knowledgeable. The food however is just ok. Skip the Calamari the blue corn breading is... More

Last night three of us adults dined at the Blue Spruce Inn for the first time. Easy Parking. Of the choice of the casual "saloon" dining, or the the more formal and quiet dining room, we chose the Dining Room. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. We ordered the Steak Diane (filet) and the Lamp T Bone chops at... More

Not only did they have delicious food, but after a chaotic day stuck in construction on I-70 and ATVing, which meant no lunch, it was nice to have excellent service, too. We were ready for dinner when we happened upon this place by accident about 6 p.m. We literally just took the next exit to Frisco and were going to... More

We were in search of steak and seafood while in Frisco and the Blue Spruce Inn did not disappoint. The dining room was cozy and had a fireplace. The beef filet and mahi mahi were both perfectly prepared and the desserts were delicious. It was one of the best meals we had during our week traveling around Colorado. Thanks for... More

Wide menu from appetizers to burgers, sandwiches to full dinners. The fireplace, wood floors and informality all add to the warm atmosphere. The potato skins are not the ones I am used to, they were more like thin sliced potatoes with cheese and bacon. I prefer the traditional kind.

This old in has been around for decades and we had passed it on numerous occasions. The owner Charlie Eazor gave us a great tour and about the history of the building. We decided to try the restaurant and were amazed at the quality of the food. The steak Dijane was awsome and the Filets were thick and tender. A... More

Great old style decor. NY strip was great. Clean, quiet. The service was very good. The bar area is old style also. There is a fireplace in the dining room.

We have eaten at Blue Spruce Inn each of the three times we have skied Breck. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere conducive to another glass of wine and good friends. The tables by the fireplace are cozy. We'll go back.

The Blue Spruce Inn has one of the best upmarket restaurants in Frisco, but the back bar is even better value. There is a cheap and cheerful bar menu, daily specials and you can also order from the main restaurant menu. The ski season is just about over so most of the visitors have left and the locals have returned... More
