Loved this busy place. I had a turkey melt sandwich and it was perfect with home made potato chips...wonderful! My partner had a chili burger and the burger meat was excellent and on top of it was an outstanding chili! The service is easy, the place is busy and I can see why. Great food in a great setting.

Was in Dillon for a couple of days so decided to try the Log Cabin. BIG MISTAKE For starters the waitress was loud and rude. Brought us luke warm coffee. Took our order - forgetting to tell us about the $4.99 special. We just wanted something simple. Both of our meals were barely warm. Tried to get her attention. Too... More

We're on a driving trip from Dallas to Las Vegas to Denver and back to Dallas. It's been a long, long trip and a good vacation. The day before our visit here, we've been spending money on food with little in return. So when we stopped here for breakfast on our way to Denver, it was so very refreshing to... More

Our waitress apparently wasn't having a good day. The ham in the ham and cheese sandwich was nearly invisible. My turkey wrap had no flavor. We nearly had to beg for dessert.

Great basic menu with a few unexpected options. Trout and eggs was a favorite along with the biscuits and gravy. Definitely would go again.

We are locals and wouldn't waste our time again. Neither would I recommend this place to anyone. Not only was the service bad and food horrible; but The temperature of the food was cold. Sorry this place has definitely gone down hill

We went to the Log Cabin on a very busy Sunday morning for breakfast/lunch at about 11:30 am. We were told there would be a fifteen minute wait for a table, but it was only about ten. They were really busy and the staff was hustling, especially our waitress who was very friendly. My wife ordered a standard omelet and... More

It really is an old log cabin and one of the oldest restaurants in town. Good atmosphere , fair service and decent breakfasts.

We have eaten breakfast here many times and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Decided to try for lunch and weren't all that impressed. The pork and green chili stew was more other stuff than shredded pork. Hubby had a steak sandwich with au jus and I had about the same thing on grilled bread with cheese. Nothing that would blow you... More
