Worth the wait

Doesn't open until 7:30 and is always busy, but it is worth the wait if you're not in a hurry. Great menu, great tasting food, friendly staff. Fresh baked good available also, hear they a good but have never had them. Breakfast and lunch only.

We go to the Butterhorn Cafe every time we stay in or near Frisco. They have delicious breakfasts. We have not had a bad dish there! They do get really busy though, so be prepared to wait for a table. The tables are also really close together & you may end up sitting at a table with people you don't... More

This place deserves to be a #1 on trip advisor for breakfast. It is a fun place where everyone works to make the guest happy. There is a sign on entering that there will be a $10 charge for any grumpy people who wish to eat in the restaurant. Staff are all upbeat and the food is excellent.

Kate and I were driving through Frisco and decided to stop and eat. We landed at the Butterhorn Cafe and we were so glad we did! While we didn't take pictures, we wanted to give the Butterhorn Cafe some props for their delicious food. Kate had the Black Bean Soup & Ham Slam on a Croissant and I had the... More

Yup. All the reviews are pretty accurate. This place is pretty sweet and the food was quite good. Staff were very friendly, the dining area has personality, and the pancakes I had were amazing. I'd suggest adding the fruit and nuts on top. Delicious. Pricing is pretty typical for a sit down, fresh breakfast in the area and the portion... More

Wonderful lunch. Great tomato basil soup and sandwich in a comfortable setting. The lofty reviews are right on. The service was great and the food even better. Nice gem in the middle of downtown Frisco.

We stopped in for lunch on a snowy Wednesday shortly after noon - we were shown to a table right away and our waitress came by immediately. I had the Muffaletta sandwich which was incredibly tasty; Honey had the Ten Mile Turkey sandwich which was also delicious. The home-made breads added a lot to the flavors and we had leftovers... We took a day trip to Frisco and wanted to try this place. I had the Eggy Bread with fruit and wow was it terrific! The service was fast and friendly. A small place but good seating. Everything we had was very fresh.

Wanted to get a quick breakfast on the way to Copper from Breck. Stopped here because of all the great reviews. We were not looking for a table which was a good thing as there was a wait. They have some quick breakfast sandwich options for people in a hurry. They also have considerable bakery choices. We ordered two breakfast... More
