Great Cajun food in frisco

We ate here and had the seafood platter which was plenty of food for 2 people. The food was great. It included catfish, shrimp, oysters, and fries plus they brought a sample of some of their gumbos . Very reasonable prices.

Pretty far off the beaten path for a Cajun. Still, the offerings had some elements of authenticity. They did seem to be toned down a bit so as not to injure the locals or other tourists. Folks like me, who grew up in Cajun country just had to splash on the hot sauce and dive in, Cher!

It is a local restaurant in the main street of Frisco. You can eat in a bench outside like a picnic. It is nice place, good service.

Our meal there was a good price and the service was quick and friendly. A sample of the food on offer was given to help with your decision. The costs were very good and the gumbo was delicious.

We had breakfast here. The menu is not extensive but some very interesting choices. Ingredients were fresh and very tasty. Location is great. A bit pricy but food and service were excellent.

We are inland folks who fell into cajun cooking in Frisco. This is not a fancy restaurant but the food is top of the class. Where else will they offer to let you sample 6 of their entrees? My wife and niece had the Catfish Po' Boy $11, they loved it. I had the Sausage Po' Boy $9, both include... More

We love the Lost Cajun - have been both in Frisco and Breckenridge. Our daughter always orders the kid's catfish, but she also loves their jambalaya, which is on special a couple of days a week. We have also enjoyed the catfish PoBoy, the seafood gumbo, and the catfish etouffee. My son loves the lobster bisque. My favorite is the... More

We had an early dinner at the Lost Cajun and enjoyed the food and the experience. The waitress brought samples of several items to try while we looked at the menu. We ordered lobster bisque, red beans and rice, seafood gumbo, and sides of fried shrimp and fried catfish. Everything was excellent, with great seasoning. It was a very satisfying... More

Visited this restaurant based on the good reviews my wonderful sister-in-law found on TA. The restaurant is extremely casual with wooden benches and tables. A sample platter of six items was brought out which made it easy to order. The jambalaya was very good and the suggested beer pairing of Purple Haze made for a perfect dinner. Best of all;... More

There were four waitresses who asked me if I was being served before I even ordered. The samples of their top dishes came out really quickly, so did my drink. The fish gumbo took so long that I was wondering if they had to catch the fish first. The bowl has a third rice in it. The bread looked indefinable... More
