LOVED the samplers!

Best part... they bring you samples try before you buy. Waitress was borderline tacky and definitely not friendly. Anything we asked for seemed like the biggest inconvenience for her. The lady at the register as well as the cook were very nice though. The food was fantastic, although I'm not sure... read more

Overall great experience, waitress was phenomenal. Food was fantastic! I definitely return again! It is small do don't walk in expected to be seated right away, but that's all part of the experience.

This restaurant is not fancy, it is just great southern and Cajun food. They start you out with a sampler, then you order your soup/entrée, We had seafood gumbo, fried okra and fried oysters. All were done just right. Prices were very reasonable The seating area is very small, but the food is outstanding. I highly recommend this place.

I am from New Orleans and was leary about trying a Cajun restaurant in Colorado, but to my surprise - it was great! They offered a sample platter tasting of different gumbos, etc., and that is what made us decide to eat there. I got the seafood gumbo and it was just as good as home in New Orleans. I... More

First of all, I've been to very, very few places that served samplers of any food without asking and without charging. That alone earns high marks in my book. All of our meals were delicious; particularly the catfish. The service was great and professional. If I had a complaint, it would be that the place is a bit small. Otherwise,... More

Amazing food! So nice to have a real bowl of gumbo and the lobster bisque! Great atmosphere! Loved getting to sample food before making a decision. Definitely a place to visit to try some awesome authentic Cajun food!

This place gets an extra for the atmosphere. It is not a large place but the seating was full and people seemed to be regulars/enjoy coming here. The vegetarian gumbo was ok and the sampler plate to start of other items to start was good. This certainly isn't a fancy place as some things were served in plastic (the starter... More

I'm from the south with most of my family being from Louisiana. I've had many many creole and Cajun meals in my life, and the Lost Cajun is some of the best food I've had! They bring you a sample tray so you can decide easier, but it is all so good that I think it makes it harder! The... More
