We lived in the New Orleans area for a while and developed a taste for Creole cuisine. They brought out a sampler of the various sauces for their e'touffee, red beans & rice, jambalaya, etc. if your first time ask fot it. We had the crawfish e'touffee and red beans and rice, and some hush puppies. Very tasty and homey.... More

We tried the Lost Cajun not knowing what to expect.. It was the most EXCELLENT , fun meal and the food is to die for. We had a little bit of a wait & they gave us tasters of several different things. The gumbo was excellent, the red beans and rice also just as good and the fried shrimp well... More

They are big on free samples. I try and steer away from the fried offerings. The gumbo is the real deal. sit outside in the summer.

I grew up in the heart of Cajun food country, so I'm super skeptical of trying "Cajun" restaurants and food outside LA! But, we decided to try this cute little place on a whim a few ski trips ago. Let's just say we are regulars now on all trips to CO! As soon as you are seated, the bring you... More

The start off by bringing you a sampler of all of their gumbos and beans then you decide which you would like to order. The Chix & Sausage, Seafood Gumbo was fantastic ! We also had the Voodoo pasta which was great also. No draft but they do have Abita which is tasty! Cool place in a cool town !

Always delicious but get ready for a huge meal. Great vibes. Best in the summer when you can sit outside. Save room for dessert it is amazing!

We finished a hike and wandered into this small, wonderful restaurant on Main St. Having gone to Tulane, I was amazed to see a Tulane green wave flag flying in the corner (not far from the LSU flag)! First, our welcoming server brought us a tasting board of all their specialties so we could choose. We selected the crawfish etoufee... More

Love Cajun cuisine, especially red beans and rice. So I naturally gave this Frisco version of The Lost Cajun a try. The dining room is beyond small, perhaps four tables. While they have outside seating, this isn't a viable option for the majority of the year given mountain weather. The red beans were quite good, not great. Only knock would... More

Tried gumbo for the best time and now a big fan. Will be in the area for the rest of the week so will eat there again. Also plan on taking some home.
