Yummy!

I found 'Fish' by accident late one afternoon. I'm glad I did! Loved the ambience... The service was stellar and my Siracha Ranch Tuna Sammy was excellent. I will go back for dinner the next time I am in town!

We had dinner here on a Wednesday. Ambiance is very casual but comfortable. The host was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Parmesan trout which turned out to be very nice. I had a small Caesar salad as well and that was also very good. My wife ordered one of the specials, haddock, and it was just so so.... More

Fresh seafood can be a special teat when you live far from the coasts. With that I mind, my wife and I went for lunch at the Fish Restaurant & Market in Old Town. On this mid-week day, the restaurant was moderately busy. Our waiter brought menus and explained the two daily specials. We selected a half order of lightly... More

Visited at the recommendation of family while visiting town, and were so glad we did! A bit on the pricey end, but the quality, flavor and service are amazing. Highly recommend the halibut fish & chips, and the clam chowder was the best I've ever had. Great intimate setting, minimal wait times. Will definitely return next time we're in town.

I just had lunch with a very good friend at Fish this past week. We were quickly acknowledged by the waiter who welcomed us to sit wherever we wished. We chose our table and were immediately served menus and water. Upon hearing about the specials, we both had the special which was a pan-seared cod with honey-glazed carrots and roasted... More

Wow! We heard about Fish from a friend of a friend. We arrived to be quickly greeted and offered our choice of small tables, since there were two of us. Our waiter explained, in detail, the specials as well as some interesting choices on the menu. Drinks were delivered quickly and appetizers and the most amazing soups followed. Dinner arrived... We went as a celebration dinner and we quickly learned that Sunday is the WRONG day to go. They were out of 80% of their selections of fish. They don't get deliveries on Sunday they claimed to be the reason why no fish at Fish. I was ok because I wanted the Swordfish special anyway, but my partner was having... More

We ate at Fish twice during our week stay in Ft. Collins. The chowder was wonderful!! Went back the second time just to have another bowl! Enjoyed that it was a smaller establishment. Didn't feel noisy or crowded. The server was friendly and could answer all of our questions. I only drink "sweet" drinks and he came up with one... More

An overnight stay in Ft Collins led us to Fish, and a good decision it was. I had lightly seared scallops, done perfectly. My wife's trout was butterflied, grilled, filled with cheese, then folded over for presentation as though it were whole. We both had the clam chowder, grilled snow peas and cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan polenta. All were delicious.... More

Have never eaten at this restaurant previously. After a busy afternoon, I met my sister and friends for dinner. This restaurant has a very simple, relaxed vibe and an eclectic menu. We learned quickly that our server's suggestions for the evening were right on target. We had 2 app's.....the ahi tuna eggroll is to die for, 4 different entrees which... More
