Best Seafood in Ft. Collins

We decided to try Fish on a whim before we took a class nearby. It is a small, cozy little restaurant that gave us good service and delicious food. We started with crab cakes, the remoulade sauce was a little spicy for me (I am a wimp about spicy food) but my husband enjoyed it. We selected the Parmesan Trout,... More

Always a stop on our yearly business trip to the Loveland/Fort Collins area: Fish. That's all they serve...fish. And it's always great. The last yellowfini tuna I had there was so perfectly seared, yet rare (my preference) and so delicious. The fish are in season; they are prepared well. There is never a fish odor or old fish in their... More

To start, we enjoyed Fish's Valentine's Day 4 course meal last night. It was excellent. From the Crab Cake starter, to the cups of soup to the main course lobster, sword fish & mushroom risotto everything was fresh, well prepared and served efficiently. Pared with a super value 'happy hour' wine made for a great experience. To be honest we... More

My husband had heard that Fish, the restaurant, was the place to eat in Ft Collins, CO. Located in the heart of Ft Collins in Old Town, Fish is marketed as having quality cuisine in a casual atmosphere. Fish is locally owned and operated, which we love, and claims to serve only the freshest, non-threatening seafood and refresh their supply... More

My husband and I moved to Colorado just over a year ago. We came from Texas where seafood was easy to find, but not so much in a land-locked Colorado. That's until we found "Fish" this past weekend. We've tried one other seafood restaurant in Fort Collins that is more or a nouveau cuisine. We wanted seafood that was down... More

Restaurants come and go in Fort Collins like the changing seasons. Fish started about 13 years ago, established a new standard for fresh seafood menus in Fort Collins, combined that with great chefs and service and has never looked back. Although staff and kitchen personnel change the quality of service and food has always been excellent. The location is in... More

My boyfriend and I went to Fish because of a coupon we had received and it more than exceeded our expectations. We went without a reservation but they were able to squeeze us in. The service was fantastic, especially the host, and I adored the atmosphere. I am from the gulf coast of Florida originally and I have to say... More

Another fabulous meal at Fish. We are never disappointed when we choose Fish for a great meal in Old Town. Their menu specials are always creative, with subtle blends of herbs and spices, taking the best from the world cuisines and making it their own. The seafood is flown in fresh and never old or "fishy"--quite the feat in land... More
