We visited Cooper Smith's after visiting the local breweries. They have a good selection of comfort food that will fill you up after a day sampling beer. Best yet they have their own selection of microbrews. If you are looking for something different try their chili beer. Being right on Old Town Square gives you the opportunity to take in... More

Food was decent bar food. People-watching from the patio was great!! Our server was friendly and the brew pub was easy to find. The oatmeal stout was pretty tasty.

We were at Coopersmith to have a great afternoon with live music with Been There Done That, and at the same time were able to enjoy a cold beer and great food! The beer brewed on site was excellent! The food was very good as well. Despite being very busy, the service was fantastic! One of our favorites in the... More

We stopped in here while visiting ft collins. We sat at the bar and ordered some mixed drinks. They came very quickly and were made perfectly. The bartender, I'm terrible with names, went way out of her way to make sure we were happy and gave us lots of good conversation. She helped us find our way around while we... More

Came here for dinner and microbrews. The fish and chips were very good and so was the horseradish-based "tartar" sauce. I tried all the beers on tap, and only the Punjabi Pale and the Poudre Pale did much for me. If I were to go back, it'd be for the food, not the brews.

Came here from England on a business trip and was taken to CooperSmiths. Great service and great American food and good ales. I am not sure what the obsession with IPA is in the US but whatever floats your boat!

CooperSmith's is Fort Collins' finest brewpub. In fact it's one of the best in all of Colorado. What sets it apart is its offering the choice of two real cask ales along with all the other ales and stouts etc. Real ale is not the artificially carbonated variety (which in a pinch is pretty good). A brew pub that cares... More

I know people in FC love this place but I just can't get over the sticky tables, dirty menus, dirty restrooms and old beer smell (I know, it's a brewery...I'm being picky). I will typically not feel good after I eat here (usually every time). It's one of those places that people love to go to that I just don't... More

This is a great place for a variety of sandwiches and they are now offering a gluten free menu. Whether you want a nice brew or a root beer this is your place. The root beer they make is really good. Good location with a nice patio.
