Stopped in for lunch after strolling the streets of Old Town. The rueben sandwich is one of the best I've ever had. Great beer selections, friendly and prompt wait staff.

We went here with our college students for dinner. We went to the billiards section of the restaurant because the restaurant area had a wait (of course - it was a Saturday evening). The billiards area was loud - which is to be expected. If we were playing billiards it would have been fun. The pizza was only average. I'd... More

There was enough space in this large pub to feel like you had privacy. The service was excellent. Had a good view of the very mellow, efficient kitchen. Steak salad was good, buff burger good too. Be sure to hope across the walkway and visit the pool hall.

We enjoyed lunch one Sunday at the CooperSmith in downtown Ft. Collins. This restaurant and pub has been here for many years and is a very popular place to eat and drink. Their menu is large, and if you enjoy beer, this is the place to try several. The beer is brewed on the premises and their offerings are comprehensive.... More

Just visiting for the day and decided to try this place for food and beer and it was a delight!! The choices in beer are numerous, our waitress, Ashley was so helpful and her manager Chelsea, watches all operations like a hawk! I had a great steak sandwich and my partner tried the veggie sandwich and we both had great... More

This is where it all began in Fort Collins, and it is still happening here. Before there was a New Belgium or Odells, back in 1989 CooperSmiths was brewing great beer and serving great pub food. There's always at least a half dozen of their beers on tap with a great menu of pub food to match. My favorite is... More

This is a local brewery that is a step above what you'd expect from a good chain place. It is consistently better than average, but never outstanding in terms of food, service and beer. Honestly, if this place wasn't in Fort Collins, I'd probably call it stellar, but there are lots of good options for bar food and local beer... More

We ate in the bar but we're offered full menu. The service was great and the food was good pub fare. Fun friendly atmosphere.
