This brewery's food is what is expected of a brewery: comfort food. It is well done, however, and tasty. Our group had a rueben sandwich, a porto philly sandwich, and a "picnic". The prices were as expected for this area, but might be somewhat high for a college town.

I have loved Coopersmith.s over the years and since we are back in Fort Collins we went there with friends. My wife ordere the poblano suffer peppers. (Notice the plural) for $15. There was only one pepper it was small, dry and lit yoke sauce. The main part of the dish was supposedly a cream and cheese corn dude,,,but it... More

First let me just say that the service was horrible. No, let me revise that, it was atrocious! The little college age waitress didn't seem to have the patience or interest in waiting on us and would make audible sighs while waiting for members of our party to decide on a drink or meal. When I asked about the beer... More

Had a chance to stop here on a recent trip through Fort Collins. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and offered some good recommendations. The beer was very good and the homemade root beer was delicious.

First off I think they were understaffed. Our waitress was very nice and did the best she could but I think because she was new and had to many tables we hardly saw her. The food was just OK at best compared to the other times we visited. It was also weird to hear the gentleman near me find some... More

Everyone in our party tried something different and it was all good ... fish and chips, burgers, pot pie, smoked salmon quesadillas ... all good. Nice selection of beer and even the coffee was fresh and delicious. Well worth a try.

It was early in the evening and we just wanted to try the beer. They had a Elk Brat on the lunch menu that we decided to split between us. We didn't know which beer we wanted, the waitress was very accomodating and brought us tasters. I wanted to try their very popular chili beer, but I didn't care for... More

I met some friends at CooperSmith's recently. At first we sat on the patio until the music began and asked to go inside. It was no problem to move inside and after we were settled and able to talk again we ordered a wonderful meal. The tomato basil soup and ½ sandwich was the perfect choice for me.

Had lunch here during a day of beer tasting. Beers were good, especially liked the green chile beer and the watermelon beer. Food was also good, typically bar food/sandwich/burger menu, but all our choices were very good. Service was attentive, as the place was quite empty at mid-afternoon. All in all, a decent place for some bar food and good... More

I love the exposed brick, the plethora of comfortable booths and the turkey with melted cheese hobgobbler sandwich so much that I ate it both times I was there in September. Also, their french fries, regular ones, are huge fat yummy fries that are so yummy, yet they do not smell or taste of grease at all. The service is... More
