While their beer selections appear to be amazing, their food is "so-so". My fish in the Fish and Chips entree was so dry that it was almost impoossible to chew and swallow. There are far better options in Fort Collins.

This is a great place to really enjoy the Old Town Fort Collins atmosphere. The food is tasty and menu nicely varied. Best of all is the on-site brewing. I'm not a big beer drinker but those with me have enjoyed many tasty varieties. For those with under-aged diners (such as, parents visiting their college students), Coopersmith's also brews their... Coopersmith's has been around since 1989, so it is one of the trail-blazers in the brew pub industry. I was pondering where to take a date the other night and remembered that I can always rely on great service and a variety of atmospheres to choose from with this establishment. You can sit out on the patio and enjoy Old... More

Went to CooperSmith's 3 years ago and tried the chili beer and loved it. This time they had a watermelon beer and it was very refreshing. They have great food and excellent service. Highly recommend them the next time you are in Fort Collins Colorado.

CooperSmith's is located in the center of old Fort Collins. The buildings surrounding the pub are really quaint. The service was very good, but the beer was better. The food was pretty good for pub fare. The prices were fair. I would definitely make this a stop if I were to go back.

This was our second visit. The first visit several years ago involved mediocre food. We only returned because we were visiting friends, and they said it was their favorite brew pub. I was skeptical, but this time, the food was much improved! The 4 of us shared 2 appetizers (bruschetta and artichoke cheese dip) and finished every morsel. For entrées,... More

I have been here MANY times and am reviewing the Pool Side part of the restaurant, after having gone their last night after a few month long hiatus from eating there (not for any particular reason.) The food, as usual, was great. I got a Cooper's burger, the one with artichoke sauce on the top. They were way stingy with... More

We've eaten here many times over the years going to college at csu and was always great. It's been awhile so we wanted to go back with some family in town.....we won't be back. The bread on my turkey sandwich was dried out,and fish tacos over crispy. Only thing good there is the beer. Used to have a great menu... More

We ate at this restaurant while on vacation. We sat on the patio which I would highly recommend. The food was pretty good nothing exception but good. I did have the broccoli, chicken and cheese soup which was excellent. They have good beer and you can get samples!

We've been going to CooperSmith's since it opened and always enjoyed it. The beer is good (my favorite is "Not Brown Ale"), the service is usually always good (it's better the busier they are), and the food meets expectations. Until the last time we went. They replaced their barbecued beef with barbecued pork, and it's just blah. So sad--I really... More
