Reserved a table thru Open Table and we were seated towards the back at a High Top, while not the most romantic for Valentines Day it wasn't as bad as the couple across from us that had to share a table with only a small divider between them. Osyters were OK for a LAND LOCKED state, don't expect them to... More

I'll start by saying I'm a member of a Travel Writers Association. It's my job to review hotels, golf courses and restaurants. Executive chef, Ricky Myers, has created a variety of outstanding appetizers, entrees and desserts that GOGT recently enjoyed. The occasion was a birthday dinner for my daughter, son-in-law and 3 grandkids, along with Grace. I'll point out that... More

Best Calamari ever...and I've eaten it all over the world. My wife and friends really enjoyed the raw oysters while I deferred to one of the great Fort Collins local dark beers.

We've gone to Jax for Sunday dinner after a matinee movie several times a month lately trying to catch all the Oscar nominee movies. My husband loves the fish and chips served only on Sundays and I use a coupon good for a small size portion of mussels and fries. This last time we split the delicious Tres Leches dessert.

Go between 4 & 6pm for the happy hour. Great Calamari...the best that we have had anywhere. The Ahi Tuna Melt - very special..quartered sandwich, but still bite size. Drink specials also. Recommend highly and we will be returning...for happy hour again!

The happy hour menu is awesome...although you still might end up spending a bit of money. One time we came in and a manager gave us a free calamari for recognizing we had been in a alot lately, always nice when management is attentive to customers. Keep in mind, the quickest service you will get, is at the bar because... More

The service is awesome. The ambiance is nice and not stuffy. Everyone there, patrons and staff, seem to really WANT to be there. The food is solid. I wish it had more fish options. I would put it an inch behind Jax in Boulder but an inch ahead of Jax in Denver. Price? Pennies too high, but hey, no complaints... More

What a great find when ordering fish in colorado is always a gamble! Just before thanksgiving during a wicked change in the weather we ducked in here as a family to get out of the cold and grab a bite to eat. Everything was delicious from the peel and eat shrimp to the main entrée fish specials! The waiter knew... More

While we find the entree pricing a bit on the high side for a casual FoCo restaurant, we had a great experience recently when stopping in for Happy Hour. The place was bustling and we were lucky to find spots at the bar. The wine was a good Happy Hour value for the quality. The shrimp & grits was amazing,... More
