Really good food at a reasonable price

We found this place by chance and were pleased we did. It is in a strip mall near the CSU Campus on the Western side of Ft. Collins. It is not fancy, but the food was good. We found on the menu the dinner special for two people for $25. We ordered two different meals and got soups and... read more

Affordable, yet they use the BETTER higher cost ingredients to assure better flavor and health, such as only breast of chicken, local untreated vegetables, low-sodium soy, canola oil, NO MSG or artificial food coloring, fresh spices that can easily be customized for your tastes. Uses a golden light batter for deep frying, made from 40% natural whole wheat, oat flour,... More

We've been eating both eat in and take out from Tiger Lilly since they opened and it's always fresh, hot and very tasty. It's not the cheapest Chinese in Fort Collins but the prices are very fair for the quality of ingredients and portion sizes. I grew up on home cooked Chinese, have visited China and ate Chinese takeout at... More

Stumbled across this restaurant on a walk down Elizabeth St. and am glad I did. The unassuming/underwhelming exterior and interior belie the exceptionally delicious food that I had inside. I ordered the Sesame chicken and Mongolian combo with multi-grain rice. The sesame chicken was amazing- the crunchy texture, moist white-meat chicken, and tasty sauce made this one of the best... The food here is NOT GOOD. The food has heavy, thick brown gravy with bland flavor. There were no crispy vegetables, color or healthy qualities to the dishes. The egg rolls were bland, limp, cold and expensive. The service was very slow and then the food came to the table cold. The white rice was poorly prepared, sticky, undercooked and... More

My husband and I accidently came across this place while driving through the area, and had actually heard of TigerLily from a few friends of ours and thought, why not try it. It's a little place hidden amongst a few other shops in a strip mall so it's very easy to miss. The atmosphere felt nice and cozy, when we... More

I get that an old, "established" chinese restaurant in a strip mall will not be beautiful. However, this place is a filthy mess. The food is mediocre at best, full of cornstarch. The waiter was pleasant and attentive. The bathroom might have been cleaned sometime during the last decade....not sure. We were hoping for a new spot. We will not... More

My husband had the Kung Pao Triple Delight, and I had the chicken curry with coconut milk. As I don't do spicy, I requested mild. The service was prompt and attentive without being overly so. When we were served our order, there was very little talking as we were enjoying our lunch so much. In fact, we both almost licked... More

A bit hard to find tucked into the corner of a strip mall west of the CSU campus, but worth the search. Many of my friends and I have traveled in Asia and pretty much agree that the flavors are more like the authentic flavors found there than most of the Asian restaurants in Fort Collins (South China is another...
