We were in Fort Collins for one night and are very happy we chose to eat at Mt. Fuji. It's a large, casual restaurant with screens hanging high up on the walls. A young lady was our server and she was incredibly well-mannered, friendly and attentive. We started with green salads and miso soup. We had ton katsu, chicken terriyaki... More

The staff here is super nice and accommodating. The service is great. The sushi is not great, very mediocre. The tempura vegetables and tempura shrimp were good!

I have eaten at Mt Fuji in both Fort Collins and in Parker. Both offer wonderful varieties of Japanese cuisine. The Parker location provides kinda of a 'hibachi' format and regular menu (ordering) items, whereas the Fort Collins (FC) location is menu style ordering. I have eaten at the FC location a number of times and I have never been... More

I have eaten at this restaurant several times. The people who work here are very friendly. I just haven't been overly impressed with their food. Maybe it's what I'm ordering? I have only been there for lunch, not dinner. I usually get the S1 - California Roll and Shrimp Tempura Roll lunch combo. They have good miso soup and salad.... More

Only been once, service was ridiculous. Waited 45 minutes for our order that was incorrect. Waited another 45 minutes for the check. The sushi was ok.

The food is pretty good and the restaurant is clean, but the service - particularly on weekends - is glacial. It's fine for lunch, but if you go on weekends, expect to be spending a lot of time waiting. While Mt. Fuji has good sushi, there are better sushi restaurants around, and I've rarely waited as long for a meal... More

We love Mount Fuji, but it's easy to drop some serious money in there so we only go on special occasions. Their food and service is excellent, tho, and well worth the price. They also have authentic Japanese-style seating (where you sit on the floor), which is lots of fun for my daughter!

Sushi is not bad. Have had much better, but it was good. Sushi chef was rather slow, atmoshere very boring, but food was good.

Mt. Fuji has a large variety of wonderful, made-to-order sushi that is beautifully presented. Yes, it takes a little time but we order edamame, some plum wine and relax while they create! They also have a nice sake and Japanese beer selection. Along with lunch boxes and noodle dishes, Mt. Fuji offers specialty sushi rolls, tempura, katsu, donburi, and shabu-shabu.... More

The sushi here tastes great and they have a lot of interesting options to choose from. The waitress was super nice and checked on us regularly but it took a while for the sushi to come out. It was a Saturday afternoon but we were the only table so I was surprised the food was slow. We got free miso... More
