Knowledgeable and Caring Staff

It is so hard to travel and seek out good gluten-free spots especially those that know their menu well and can make recommendations. I got a word-of-mouth recommendation for this restaurant and we ended up there twice since it was so good and the staff and kitchen so amazingly wonderful. The salsa... read more

We really enjoyed the cozy and warm decor, the service was friendly and prompt, and with a local coupon the prices were very reasonable. However, the food was a bit lacking on our Monday night visit in November. There was plenty of "heat" in the dishes but not much "spice" to develop the broad depth of flavor we love in... More

had Reliable, delicious, cozy, and friendly. These are just some of the adjectives that I could use to describe Fort Collins' best Mexican food. Tortilla Marissas has been a vital part of the Fort Collins restaurant scene for years and I couldn't imagine the city without it. Whether you are passing through, or live here and have never been, Tortilla... More

My wife and I eat at Tortilla Marissa 3 or four times a month. I'm usually predictable in what I order, I love their smothered burrito with steak. I find that they consistently use a very good cut of beef for the steak. The beef is tender and moist and well prepared. I have also had their fiesta salad with... More

it's our first time to try this restaurant and wasn't disappointed. the food we ordered tasted great and the portion sizes are adequate. i ordered a chile relleno combo after seeing that relleno is their house specialty. the server that catered to us was very pleasant.

This place is terrific! They hand prepare each meal as it is ordered. The food was very tasty and cooked just right. I ordered two enchiladas. They came with the best Spanish Rice and Black Beans I've ever tasted. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Friendly staff and good service, prompt food, they really try but I could not get over the food quality. Things just did not have the fresh and robust tastes that I have come to expect from Mexican food. The guacamole tasted packaged. The tortillas seemed to be packaged as opposed to freshly made. The meats were overf cooked, the beans... More

I have been eating at this place for at least 12 years and I have yet to leave without having a wonderful meal. They serve a hot tomato salsa and also have a really great artichoke queso that you should order. The whole menu os yummy but my favorites are the sunset burrito and the mesquite chicken chile rellenos. I... More

Tortilla Marissa’s is an independent restaurant serving “North of the Border” southwestern food. Their extensive menu has most traditional southwestern favorites from appetizers and main dishes to desserts, plus their original non-traditional choices and specials. Freshly made, warm chips and salsa come to your table quickly. Over the years, our family and friends have been happy with the rich flavors... More

LOVED the artichoke/avocado/cheese quesadillas. Mexican food that uses fresh ingredients. Ditto the salmon fajitas. Nice, welcoming unpretentious restaurant.
