I went there on a Tues night around 7:30 with a friend. The service was quick, but the food came slow. The rolls were ok, could barely see what was in them. My friend doesn't like avocado & we couldn't even tell if the California Roll had any in it. For the price, I'll find somewhere else.

It was very late and I was starving. I wanted to eat close to my hotel and noticed Nimo's. Even though it was getting late, the waiter took his time and was very welcoming. I didn't order much because I was alone, but enjoyed everything, including the complimentary soup. Thanks Nimo!

This restaurant recently relocated to a southern location. The quality of the food is very good, but somewhat pricey. The décor is good. The space is somewhat small so may not be suitable for large parties. Parking is better than the other older location. Service was attentive.

We last visited Nimo’s a couple of years ago at their previous location and decided to try them again shortly after Christmas. I expected a much larger place and was surprised to find that the new location isn’t much larger than the old spot. The parking at this location is much more plentiful and convenient. We were again pleased to... More

I have eaten sushi all over the world and this Place is a real find. Attention to detail, great service, creative sushi yet linked to tradition. Small, personal yet private. Family operation That is modest, humble yet innovative. I am a seafood guy and this place is amazing!

I was hesitant to get Sushi away from the coasts. This sushi was very fresh and yummy. You can order it right at the bar and watch while they make it to order. Fresh, friendly and yummy! A bit expensive, so be prepared to drop $30 + for a single person,

Best place to sit in town is in front of Nimo as he prepares. I remember when his old shop on W Elizabeth was the only other sushi besides Suehiro. There are more places now, but Nemo offers the best all around experience for the money.

I liked Nimo's and will try here again in the future. As a former west-coast dweller, I am fairly picky about fish freshness- and Nimo's was OK. After all, most sushi fish in most of the US is frozen anyway. I liked the quaint location and relaxed atmosphere.

Love the small, quaintness of this restaurant. Have been going since 1999, and it's still my fave. Gets crowded, very small bar area and tables.. but worth it! GO, if your here
