A Taste of New Orleans right here in the Fort!

Lucile's is my favorite place for breakfast in Fort Collins. If you want to be naughty, the fresh, hot beignets are amazing. Want something lighter? The Rice Pudding Porridge is creamy and satisfying and topped with raspberry sauce. My favorite breakfast is the Eggs Ponchartrain (maybe because I... read more

Outstanding Cajun breakfast. We like the Benoit and the raspberry porridge. You might have to wait. They don't take reservations and it is very popular.

This is a great place to enjoy a southern style breakfast. The biscuits are fluffy and huge. Quirky atmosphere and an eclectic menu make this a unique dining experience.

Not only is the setting of Lucile's appealing - quaint little house on a quiet street in Fort Collins - but the food is great! I have tried breakfasts and salads and loved everything. No wonder the line to get in often winds out to and down the street.

Well, the hoopla was all about this place. The line was out the door on a sunny Sunday. I bellied up to the comfy bar alone and asked the neighbors about their Bloody Mary's, two thumbs up. Garnished (one of my lookouts) with olive, celery, pickled okra, and a spiced shrimp! Looking good. Tasting bitter, lacking in Worcestershire and when... More

I admit I was a bit surprised by this restaurant. Small quaint setting. Get there early or you'll be waiting. I had the jambalaya. It was good, not great, but good. For the price, the place is adequate. I was expecting a bit more I suppose. Worth trying, but keep expectations in check.

Lucille's serves flat out down home, New Orleans, cooking. The breakfasts are amazing from the fresh beignets to the homemade jams to the spicy sausage & praline syrup. Lucille's is in a small house transformed into a great eatery. Expect a wait to get a table & some elbow to elbow eating, but it is all worth it. The staff... More

I've eaten at Lucile's several times. Their food is exceptional; everything I've had has been delicious. The restaurant can be noisy if it's crowded. Don't park in the lot south of the restaurant. They WILL tow your car, and you have to pay $215 to get it back.

The best beignets I've had outside New Orleans. A farmer's breakfast I couldn't finish, despite how good it tasted. And, great coffee. What's not to love at Lucile's. I went there for breakfast three days in a row.
