This is one of my favorite restaurants in Fort Collins but haven't been for lunch in awhile. Great organic and gluten free options. I had the Quinoa burger topped with fresh chilies and guacamole, side of brussel sprouts was even better.

While the prices were higher than expected for a small cafe with small portions, the food was very good. Service was fast and super friendly. Clean fresh dining room, small tables, open and light. Will return to try other dishes.

This morning my wife and I were looking forward to a quiet breakfast together so we could enjoy a meal and talk for a while. We couldn't decide on a place. After thinking about it a while I remembered passing by Rainbow multiple times and saying to myself "I wonder what that place is like". So away we went! We... More

Could there have been a change in management? Was it just an "off" day? Whatever the reason, I was left feeling quite disappointed with the experience. The staff are friendly and welcoming and although one of the orders we made had to be done three different times as the staff got it wrong each time, that is not my issue... More

First time visit after driving by it many times. Terrific. Quaint atmosphere in a restored older home. Big portions, very tasty food. Looking forward to going back, perhaps for lunch next time.

A beautiful and unique setting with lovely artwork. The food was delicious and well displayed. The French toast was out of this world! Only complaint would be the coffee - make it stronger!

You must try the Ultimate Latke platter. Two delicious sweet potato latkes with applesauce and sour cream surrounded by lots of other good breakfast food and fruit. We love the patio in summer because 1) the patio is so pretty and 2) because the college students are gone for the summer. If you're vegetarian, you're sure to find something to... More

Rode our bikes here this morning to have breakfast on their patio. It's by far the best " breakfast patio" in Fort Collins, shady but sunny in spots, sheltered from traffic and lovely flower and vegetable beds to sit by. My husband had the Santa Fe quesadilla and I had the sweet potato burrito, both were delicious. If you're looking... More

Went solved The Rainbow for years for breakfast or lunch..it is the BEST, FOR ORGANIC vegan, or "flexitarian" and carnivore options Get the Benedict or the green eggs and ham with spinach and cream cheese and then top with Horsetooth hot sauce.
