While visiting family in Fort Collins, we decided to try The Rainbow. It has a great selection of many gluten free options. Breakfast was wonderful. Would recommend highly.

I dropped by on a trip to Fort Collins. I've eaten here many times over the year. I can't recall the first time I ate here, but I DO remember that before it was a restaurant, I actually banked in this building in the early 70s! Still the best egg dishes ever. All served by some of the friendliest servers... More

Lovely little spot with great variations on your favorite breakfast and lunch entrees. Server was knowledgeable and friendly and food was freshly prepared. Husband and I both had eggs Benedict, but different varieties-both were delicious. Eat in or out-we choose in because of the heat, but outside looked cozy. Parking a bit if a problem, but that's the only drawback.

My daughter and I(Vt) recently visited my son who was working in foco. He is vegan for enviromental reasons and insisted we check this place out. Got to say I was super impressed. The menu caters to everyone. We actually ate there a few times and every meal was just as good if not better than the last. And the... More

This is a VERY civilized place for a leisurely Sunday breakfast. Creative, mainly vegetarian menu, excellent coffee, and a beautiful downtown oasis. Sit outside -- you'll love it.

Very Fresh delicious food cooked just right. Wonderful options galore. Awesome friendly service. Great for anyone who likes delicious without compromising healthy. I've tried several restaurants in Fort Collins and by far Rainbow as well as tasty Harmony are the two best. I wish Rainbow was open for dinner as well. It is simply a charming place. Sit outside if... More

We were in Fort Collins for three days and ate breakfast at Rainbow on two consecutive days. They have something for everyone. Love, love, loved the pumpkin bread French toast. The latkes combo with a side of pumpkin bread was also great. Service was good. They had a posting for best of vegetarian food, but we were wowed by the... More

We have visited Rainbow Restaurant several times over the years while in Ft. Collins for a biennial work conference. I was reminded on our recent visit that I would be a regular if we lived in Ft. Collins! It was a hot day, so we dined inside, but the large patio is charming! Perfect for an al fresco brunch or... More

Food was a above average but the servcie was way below average. Our server disappeared for the longest time on more than 1 occassion and the restaurant was not very crowed at all - maybe 50% full. I had a spinich salad and specifically asked for no onions on it. Guess what - it came with a few onions and... More

We went on a Saturday mid morning for brunch, 12 in our group for my son's birthday. Food was delicious and atmosphere is great. Waitress was a little rushed, but had others helping.
